Everything, the personnel was exceptional, the room immaculate, and its location was excellent Nothing, I liked (still like) everything.
-
The room had advertisement for condoms next to the bed which made it seem like I was staying at a cheap sex hotel. Luckily I was only there for one night.

All Nothing

The facilities are a bit outdated and the restaurant could be better.
-
Everything is bad, especially the night shift staff member The staff memeber treated us really badly
-
location and safety breakfast was a bit boring
-
Flexibility for the checkouts timing.
-
Our room was a bit noisy (we could hear the noise from the elevators and people in the hallway, starting from really early in the morning).
-
You can hear other rooms noise.
-
Early check in wasn’t possible. You need to pay for all the snacks and drinks inside your room even for the water bottles. Internet kept disconnecting.

Very nice! The staff was incredible. Very kind and always helpful. The only negative thing I have to say is that the area of Copacabana is just not the nicest. It felt safe but very dirty and touristy compared to some other areas

The security was my first priority as I travelled with my teenager daughter and we were two females. I liked the 24 hrs reception and the 24 hours security right at the entrance of the hotel. The location was a walking distance from copacabana beach and all the restaurants. Pharmacies , grocery stores, Sunday markets all near by and accessible within 5 to 10 mins walk. The hotel is very clean. The room service is amazing. The staff is nice and accommodating. The check in and out was smooth and fast. We used uber from and to the hotel to go places and it was affordable and very easy to arrange. We visited all the attractions in Rio and we didn’t pay more than $20 a ride because the hotel is very central. I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room.

I had a great stay. The staff really is the best of the best. You can tell they take the utmost care. They allowed me to work from the restaurant a few of the days I was there which was great. If you're looking for somewhere this is a great place and a great price. The restaurant food isn't the greatest, the breakfast is fine though.

Location was great. Plenty of staff to help you out. The bathroom and shower were great. For the price, our room was very small (there was barely room for the bed) and facing an inner courtyard with basically no natural light. The mini fridge made quite a lot of noise which was particularly noticeable at night. Our room was also in front of the elevators so we could clearly hear other guests on the other side of the door throughout the night. I would not stay here again for the price paid. I’d advise getting something else with a similar location.
