Location Elevator (stop practically all floors, very old and noisy)

I like Alberto at the checkout. He should be Working day shift. Mold in room, checked in early were not able to use pool.

I went up to the pool, but that area was very neglected; it wasn't a comfortable area, and the pool was dirty. I think that area has a great opportunity for improvement.

Room was ample and renovated, variety of breakfast options which were quicky replenished as soon as they ran out, nice TV in the room. Hotel staff is kind. The building/room has constant vibrations/movement, which produced a very undesirable sensation and sound throughout the entire stay. Besides the building age, elevators are very old and so slow, our assigned room was in the top floor which entails to use elevators all the time. I happened to need to make an emergency international call and such service is not provided by the hotel, neither a local suggestion was informed ny the front desk personnel.

Breakfast was great. The room was acceptable. The elevators weren't working properly, the wifi was not working properly. They charged for extra room keys and for the safe box lock. The place was not worth the price.

Breakfast is good and the service is very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful The hotel is old. It doesn't look like 4 stars. Maybe it was in the 1990s but now it needs a renovation. The AC was very noisy.

The location was ok... that's about it!! The hotel got a 4* rating in 1994 but it was OBVIOUSLY never reevaluated. Not worth 1* by 2025 standards. Run down, in disrepair, no facilities, unfriendly staff.... The list is endless. Using the elevator is a hazard... Never! One can find better value for money at 2 or 3* properties. CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL

Largre, renovated room with view. Clean. Good reception staff, mainly Pietro, he was outstanding helpful, kind, friendly. Location is perfect! Safe. Price. Value for money. Bathroom is dark. Bide is a joke. Breakfast and lifts must be improved.

Excellent location. Great staff. Brilliant hot water No wifi for all our stay just excuses and the laundry service does not exist

Almost nothing. The only thing that was nice was that 2 persons spoke English at the front desk. They were only available during the night shift. - Sauna not clean - room was not clean - shower broken as well as the walls - insect everywhere and very small ones under the lamp - humidity in the furniture - Breakfast was disgusting, + they mixed in the same bowl, "vegetarian filled croissant" and "ham filled or chicken croissant." If you don't eat meat, you cannot see which one was vegetarian or meat. - Fruits were not fresh - Juice was cut with water The process to add one more night to my reservation was the end of the world I could not stay in the room longer than the check-out time even though I warned them and wanted to pay. The reservation center told me I could if I paid half the night, but the front desk was not informed. - They told me it was possible but only if I paid 1 more night, then told me again it was not possible. The front desk told me I had to get out of the room in the morning and that I could shower in the pool, which was very disrespectful.

Employees are very kind and helpful. The terrace and the pool are also very nice. Breakfast is of good quality and delicious. The building overall needs a renovation. First elevator closes too fast and can injure people. The toilet sinks were not fixed to the floor. Towels should be replaced when needed. The curtains need to be washed. Bedsheets and towels seem too old and should be replaced. AC devices are old and make a lot of noise.

Location All the rest Facilities with lots of problems Elevator didnt work for all floors, many times i had to hit the upper floor and go down by stairs Elevator also didnt stop at my floor and i needed to keep pressing the button. Even when the lights were on indicating the elevator should go there, it just didnt open the doors Ceilings full of holes, wifi not working in all facilities, running water from the tap that i couldnt close, washroom with old walls full of mold and detaching etc
