The only "design" of this hotel stays in the name, there is not a single adorn in the room I stayed and the furniture are basic. The wifi was not working properly in the room I stayed.

Location and front staff House keeper. 3 days in a role , my room wasn’t cleaned properly. Towels were not changed , floor was not swept, washrooms were not cleaned. Only the bed was made and nothing else. Bed sheets were not even changed. Perhaps a lazy house keeper who needs training.

Location is excellent. Also, I had my request to change the apartment done quickly. Later check out never available and shower drain not effective to drain the water faster.

Good location The pics make it look like a very modern and pristine hotel. The reality was not as per the pics. Just felt far more older (not as modern as pics). Very simple. Breakfast was dissapointing to br honest.

Location:- Location is really good and near to copacabana beach and lots of restaurants. Breakfast :- Breakfast is really good. I arrived at the hotel around 10 AM after a red-eye flight, completely exhausted. At the reception, I was greeted by a male staff member—curly hair, glasses—who immediately processed my payment. I politely requested an early check-in, which he declined (understandable), so I decided to wait in the lobby. At 12 PM, I approached the desk again, hoping to check in, but this time a female staff member turned me down in a noticeably rude tone, simply saying no rooms were available. The worst part of the experience came around 2 PM. The same male staff member called me over from the lobby and asked if someone else was joining me. I said no. He then said there were two bookings under my name. I double-checked my app—only one booking showed up. He insisted I call Booking.com to clarify, which was incredibly frustrating, especially since my phone battery was nearly dead and I was in no position to make an international call from Brazil to Amsterdam at that moment. Even so, I charged my phone briefly, made the call, and Booking.com confirmed there was only one booking in my name. What upsets me the most is that I had been sitting in the hotel lobby since 10 AM, had paid and checked in—and only after four hours of waiting, this issue was brought up to me. It was incredibly disorganized, stressful, and not something you expect after a 13-hour journey. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the poor handling of the situation and the unprofessional attitude of the staff.

It was at a Walking distance from Copacabana and many restaurants. Also a metro station nearby. The long wait for check in
