Love the food, pool, and staff helping with food and orders The front receptionist was rude when my family was checking in, put them in the wrong room and gave keys that didn’t work. We were there for my wedding and a lot of family stayed at the hotel (30 people) would have hoped they would be a little more accommodating

Location is safe, central and scenic with ocean views. The check-in staff were extremely courteous and professional. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious enough. Pool is too small for exercise purposes (good for just cooling off). Exercise/gym facilities are are very basic.

I liked that it was close to the beach. The breakfast was not very good and it was too expensive.

The bed was in fact comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful but not good at accomodating special request. I did not like the lack of special request, no wifi for the TV which means not streaming services other than the 6 stations on the local TV. Fridge broke. Bathroom was not really comfortable or good. No coffee in the rooms.

Perfect location, rooftop bar and pool had best view in the area. Room was quiet with good airconditioning and hot water. Staff were nice, security was good. Dated room and bath, little storage, charged extra for coffee pods, water, wine glass, silverware. No shade at pool.

For such a level of hotel, I would have expected the coffee capsules in the room to be free of charge, as well as some free water provided. That’s not the case. The pool area could do with having more lounge chairs.
