Incredibly beautiful chic sophistication and all he best and elegant things a hotel can have. I want to go back No complains at all
-
Friendliness of staff. Too pricey considering the main restaurant and spa area were closed

A hotel that is an icon. Classic design, phenomenal service. We loved all the little touches that made the difference, like how there were little delicious macaronis laying beside the entrance, amazing presents being given to us - havaianas, gems, and presents next to our bed every night. Nothing, it was amazing!
-
More than elegant! A must stay! I am not going to lie, I thought the price was a little steep but totally worth it!
-
Service and attentiveness, particularly to the kids. Rooms are big. Breakfast is good. Not enough options for dinner, did not like the Japanese restaurant, and one night the other one was not available for dinner - reservations only and fully booked. The beach service is low key, not much of it.
-
All clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. The air conditioner was out for a all day and it was very difficult.
-
Terrific attentive and caring staff Bit frayed around the edges Food could be better
-
At the time of booking, we were not informed that renovation work is underway on the territory of the hotel. The hammer was pounding throughout the day. The restaurant premises are in a very neglected condition.
-
Breakfast is great but during the weekend when the choice is a little bit better , concierge service dod their bast to accommodate our needs, suggest programs are very nice, we suggest bike tour with GM Pool chairs capacity is not enough to fit full occupancy of the hotel tiering festive season
