The smell was not too bad in the room and they would give me a cup of ice to take to the room for free The many dustballs under the bed would blow in and out from the bed. But sheets with stains were changed quickly

The “luxury” room had exposed electrical wiring, a dirty bathroom, empty toiletry containers and hairs from previous occupants. We asked to change rooms but reception were very dismissive and just offered us a refund with no place to stay. Avoid like the plague.

Beds were nice and comfy, nice big and clean shower There are too many guests for the breakfast room. Waiting in line in the morning is not something you want. I had to pay 20 EUR more than the price that was mentioned on the booking. Also, I found fleas on my pillow...

Position. Swimming pool in the rooftop, small but ok. I didn't use it. Staff good. Gym ok but small as well. The bed was terrible, very noisy if you move. They should remove the word Majestic from the name. Room quite old. Breakfast quite poor, acceptable. It needs to be renewed a bit.

The staff, location and room was clean and big. The restroom was too much noisy, never happened to me before. Every time someone from other rooms uses the restroom was a 1 min extremely noise.

It’s more or less close to Copacabana The elevator is very slow for the number of floors it has. Breakfast is quite small and with little variety. Very expensive for what is a hotel even if it is in the carnival season.

The location 10 min walk from Copacabana beach and close to the restaurants. The beds are not confortable. The bath towels are very old and used. The room was not cleaned well, hairs on the floor, and i had an electric outled near my head while on the bed who was very dirty. Most of the rooms are around the elevator and we can hear all the voices of people using it, laughing and somtimes shouting, since the rooms are not well soundproofed
