Reviews
-
Bad smell coming from bathroom. Besides this wonderful luxury place to stay. Great staff
-
Elevator very slow and old
-
Great location, only a short walk to the beach area of Cocoacabana The pool was temporarily out of service for renovation other than that everything was great
-
Location, subordinate staff Management Was bad and unfriendly
-
Construction on going, lots of workers in an out, dust.
-
Reasonable price Great location Construction and no pool, no real windows in the room
-
The room with Inner-window makes people feel oppressive.
-
The building is still under construction of renovation, so that the lift is slow and often occupied by shifting construction materials. The window isolation is poor as the room facing the busy street is quite noisy
-
Excellent breakfast buffet. Ongoing construction but was advised of this matter. Lack of filtered water.
-
Breakfast was more than generous, room after remodelation got beautiful I should say that they were under construction but knowing this in advance as they mentioned in my booking was all ok and I was ready to cope with this
-
The elevators sometimes had random numbers selected

Location, staff and remodeled rooms The hotel is undergoing renovations so it was a little bit noisy at times

We have always found order and cleanliness when we return to our room in the evening. Breakfast was scarce in terms of quantity and variety. I asked to have anything sweet that didn't have lactose and it wasn't possible. I had to eat eggs for 5 days with a piece of watermelon and a piece of bread. From a four star I expect much more than this. The available elevators (two) were perpetually occupied by bricklayers. I think a reorganization of the spaces is necessary because it can't take you 10 minutes to wait for an elevator and go down to the ground floor. It's also not nice that the receptionist tried to have contact with us via social channels like Instagram without asking us for permission. It is a violation of personal privacy data. The window panes are too thin and even though we were on the eleventh floor you could hear a LOT of traffic from the street.
-
I showed up a few hours before checking time, they charged me to store my luggages. I heard it first time.
-
Ask for a room away from the street.
-
Big room and bathroom, lots of space to spread out. Wide selection at breakfast. Practical shopping choices in neighborhood. Sometimes construction noise in daytime
-
The hotel is undergoing renovations and the new rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The location is good. There was a lot of noise and dust due to the renovations. One of the days we didn’t have hot water for hours due to the construction.

The elevator failed several times and the automatic door too.
