The property is in a good location Did not get the room I booked. Room was very small. No place for luggage. Window was a window well. Would only keep our luggage until 2 then wanted to charge us. Breakfast was crowded and food was not replenished. No where to sit

The opening was nice I didn’t like the way way I was treated as a customer

Location and interiors My room (802)was cleaned once in 4 days stay. Room attendants were rude. I left the room for 5 hours and came back to see the room unclean , even if I told her that I was leaving. When I came back tired (after 5 hours, ) I fell asleep and that’s when she began to knock at my door and said if you won’t let me clean now, then I won’t clean your room. The house keeping must be understaffed or they were just slow (I think this is the main reason)

The location was convenient There were so many issues with the room, had mold. Damp bedding. Clogged sinks, showers and toilets. I informed the concierge and lady manager who was working at the time. They did not resolve or offer to change rooms. She was completely rude and racist I may say. Did not enjoy my stay and do not recommend.

Great location good staff

The location was great, easy access to the beach and other attractions. The room was spacious, and I loved that we had the daily cleaning service. The bathroom is dated. Needs an upgrade There is mold on the ceiling and in between some Of the tiles. The extractor fan in the bathroom was also not working and the Toilet got blocked a few times.

The location is good but it's not worth the trade offs. Do not stay here. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly and the pool was visibly dirty during our stay. The most concerning issue was a serious invasion of privacy. One of the staff members went through my partner's wallet and left it open on top of the bed. Nothing was taken, but this is completely unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Some of the reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which only added to the negative experience. Cleanliness, professionalism, and trust are basic expectations in accommodation, and sadly this hotel fell short. I would not stay here again.

It’s walking distance to the beach and food places Very dirty! Dirty sheets and towels. Mold in the rooms.

The room was a little old. I booked for two people and it had only one chair. And once in a while the flush didn't work.

Location and quality of the hotel Nothing at all. Perfect stay from beginning to end! Fantastic place to be in Copacabana!

Great location. There is a pool. Nice staff. Breakfast is more or less the same each day, but otherwise everything was great.

Maybe cook the scrambled eggs a bit more at breakfast...another 2 minutes would do wonders!

There is everything you need in the hotel. The rooms are clean, restaurant is nice, breakfast is very good, pool, gym, sauna and the rooftop bar are very nice. The location wasn’t great but neither terrible. The staff was amazing. Front desk very helpful, and also the valet guys were awesome!

They had a rooftop bar, pool, gym and breakfast that was already included. The staff were able to hold on to my luggage/belongings before check in and even after check out since my boarding time at the airport was a few hours later. I had a few issues with this place. First, the staff didn't allow people to stay longer after closing at the rooftop bar or by the pool even when you are the one staying at the hotel. The pool wasn't the greatest, it easily gets crowded and there is not enough space and chairs for everyone. Same goes with the gym, there is not enough equipment and workout stations for everyone and the max capacity in that small gym is like 5 people. Next, I had some minor issues later on during my stay in the room such as, the safe stop working from being locked & secured, the sink for some reason would get clogged up even though i seen no signs of food or residue just water not able to go down. I called for service and the staff took forever to send the maintenance guy to come fix the problem. Lastly, the food/ beverages gets placed by the housekeepers in your fridge without anyone asking your permission and getting charged extra for that at the end during check out.
