Great range available for Breakfast. Nice spacious rooms with easy to use facilities. Staff were friendly and able to help out when needed. Luggage storage was available (Although not free - R30). Was a last minute purchase, but was perfect. Great location. Close to the beach, walking distance to metro, and easy to get ubers to go to other areas of the city. Stayed another 2 nights afterwards Happy with it all

Location was far, close to good restaurants, four blocks to Copacabana Beach, few blocks to the metro station. Great water pressure. Good breakfast! Room kinda in the small side, but that is usually the case in COPACABANA

They upgraded us to a renovated room for free. The staff was lovely , very helpful and tried looking for sambadrom tickets for us. the initial bathroom cleaning wasn’t properly done and the shower was leaking everywhere, the bathroom would fill up with water. But they kindly sent someone to do quick fixes and it was okay after that.

It is a great hotel, clean and relaxing. Location is amazing! Breakfast is great too.

It a little dated walls are thin . Shower didn't drain well. Balcony door was rough.....I thinks acceptable for the service and location

Excellent location, helpful staff, good service, nice breakfast and very clean This is not the hotels fault at all, but the dates that I went the hotel was filled with family and children who were not well behaved in neither the common areas or the hallways. I was unable to rest during my stay due to excessive yelling and conversations outside my room door by families and kids. Parents were also not looking after children in breakfast area and many were running around being loud. If you are traveling with kids maybe this is the perfect stay for you. But if you need days of rest and quiet like I did, this is probably not the place for you as it seems to be a family hotel.

Bad WiFi in the room, elevators take too long

The location is easy and very good access to everything. The beds are comfortable. The shower was good. There is a safe. Air conditioning worked. It was clean. Staff friendly Internet had no capacity. The appliances are run down. The sink at the bathroom is unexpectedly small. The beds could be better positioned. The reception is shabby. The lifts are frightening slow. Noisyfrom the inside and from the outside. Could be a good 2 stars. Not a 3 stars

Very simple hotel. The bed is common not thaaat comfort.

Rooms were very small.

Leaving early. Staff weren’t friendly, facilities weren’t clean. Lifts were slow. Key cards kept failing to work. Breakfast was below average. Plug sockets in room were loose and kept falling out. Air con leaked. I left early.

Pleasant

Location near beach and local restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Tried to charge £60 for early check-in and looked at us if we were daft to refuse. There were no negotiations on cost, so we changed in toilet and went to beach. Did do free luggage hold.
