Location only and price. They need first of all change A/C filter. We didn’t have day light at room. Was dark middle of day even with windows. Only 2 elevators for a lot of people, we had to take stairs because was so full. Very small room and door of our room was not with right space to close and open.

The only good thing is the location. Horrible cleaning, not welcoming staff, breakfast was horrible. Mold on the walls.

The location is great, there are restaurants and a supermarket near by, the beach is 2 blocks away and so is the metro. The room was very small and felt a bit unclean, the doors and walls were stained and the floor looked a bit dirty when we arrived. Could be that the room and furniture are just old.

The hotel was very gross. Dirty showers and rooms. The beds do not even have sheets that stay on, so be aware that you will be exposed to whoever else slept on the mattress. At check-in the staff was very rude and not accommodating and seemed like robots. Very disappointing. We almost booked a different hotel but then powered through. It's also very loud and the housekeeping kept ringing our door. Very thin walls.

The hotel is well located in Rio. Just 8 min walk to the metro station, 10 min walk to Copacabana beach, and surrounded by restaurants. Good to feel the vibe in Rio. The property also offers tours and activities. The restaurant is located underground which made it not a nice place to have a meal. The bed was not comfortable. But the staff was helpful and tried to accommodate our requests.

they could improve the breakfast

Only the location. Staff tried hard. Bathroom corners were very dirty. Lime everywhere. Shower temperature is lowered during the night. We arrived exhausted from an overseas trip at 2 in the morning and had to take cold showers. The facilities are pretty old. Can't rate breakfast as we slept through. Place was packed full and they can't bother to keep it maintained. Awful. And they charge to store your bags after checkout or before checkin is available.

Nothing!! Nothing!

The hotel is in a really good location. Many options of restaurants, bars, the beach two blocks from the hotel. The breakfast was decent. A few options ? The only thing I would complain is about the mold inside the room. Other than that nothing.

The room was small, I hurt me knees just getting around to the other side of the room, the shower wall have moles, you have to twist yourself around in the bathroom to use the sink and toilet the floor had scruff marks the safe was not working waited 2 hr

Great price and location. Smooth check-in and check-out. Close to Copacabana beach, restaurants, and metro. Breakfast was so so, but nothing compared to the states. Regular beds are more like twin beds. Rooms are rather small, but this place is ok for the price. Small bathroom and no hand towels. Breakfast needs more meat options and the eggs were too wet.

The housekeeping and management staff were very attentive. There's a gentleman at reception, Mr. Dias (I forgot his name, but he's a gentleman of about 70 years old, with gray hair), I think, who is very attentive. Carlão, who does the check-in at breakfast, is also very attentive. The bedroom floor was a bit dirty during my stay. I think the maid only changed the towels and bed linens. One night, a cockroach climbed onto my bed. I didn't sleep that night. In November, I went to Rio with my in-laws and stayed at the same hotel, the TRAVEL COPACABANA, and when they entered the room, the floor was full of sand. Booking was a bit complicated. The person who answered took a while to respond. The bad thing is that they don't accept payment in installments. I paid R$ xxxx in cash plus one or two extra nights. They could offer payment plans, especially for loyal guests. But, besides all this, the hotel employees are very very attentive. I will return because I really like the hotel.

Close to Copacobana At the end I had to pay for luggage store, first time in my 50-years traveling experiances!

No window view at all. Worn out feel of the bathroom. Not vegetables in the buffet and only 3 types of fruit.

Wrong room assigned the first night
