Close to the train station and clean in the room In the hood and I got the loudest call of my life in the morning. Little English
-
They charged me £37 city tax despite bookinhg.com stating that there is no city tax to be paid.

To be comfortable stay away

Nice renovated spacious room. Friendly reception?

The Host did work to resolve issues. TV did not work and I was moved to another room. Breakfast was brought to room and was substantial. Location is excellent, and close to train station TV did not work in first room, and beds not comfortable. I have a bad back so I am alerted by it. Price was a bit high for the experience.

Nothing Place was dirty, staff was rude and they switched out our rooms with no reduction in fee. The place felt like a motel that rented out rooms by the hour

Absolutely disgusting. Room dirty and reeked of smoke, found someone's crusty underwear in the closet. Tried to turn on the a/c, but it made the room stink even worse. Staff both rude and inept. Breakfast a joke. I want my money back.

It was a great location right by the train station, which is good. It was very hard to get to your room, the surrounding area is a little scary.

Stayed for two nights. The staff were friendly and the hotel is well located, closed to the train station and amenities. The staff could speak in English and French. Very good value for money.

John is perfect, I am very Happy here, I can really recommend the Hotel.

Good location nice room Breakfast

That it was close to the station Fresh towels provided every day, housekeeping staff very friendly Water pressure of shower and good hot water Good air conditioning Upon arriving, lift does not go to second floor which is reception. I suggest if you stay here get the lift to third floor and walk down one level with luggage. Man at reception very angry. Asked us to cancel our booking and pay him direct for better price, I had already paid through booking.com Balcony was filthy and building materials stored on it. Smell coming from bathroom is putrid. Very poor wifi No safe, no slippers, no shower cap, no toiletries (broken and empty) as advertised on booking.com I have read previous negative reviews and the managers response is always nasty, waiting to see what he writes about us. Respectable, educated, well travelled middle aged couple from Australia.

The location being within spitting distance of Naples' Central Station makes it an excellent base. The filthy and run-down surroundings smack bang in the middle of the post-apocalyptic dystopia that is central Naples, gives it a very authentic feel as opposed to a dolled up tourist trap. Nothing.

Cosy and nice place to stay near Napoli Cle And host are grear gui Cracie Some noisy guests keep us wake too long in the night. But that is life….
-
Many layers of safety. Room was clean and staff was very accommodating in daily needs.

Dark room. Croissant and coffee served to bedroom. First I knew was a knock at the door
