Absolutely nothing. To make a very long story short I can tell you that this place was nothing less than HORRIBLE !! The owner first refused to let us have the codes to the doors because we were late due to a late flight and endless waiting for the bus into town. After more than half an hour he changed his mind and sent us the codes. Everything about the room vas shitty. They claim the property is 4 star, try 1 star on a good day ..... The list of what was supposed to be provided in this room was very insufficient, to say the least. We left the morning after and bought our selves a new room else where. You should be aware that this neighbourhood is scary and we were worried, standing in the street with no place to stay for half an hour. Booking contacted us to ask why we did not show up at all, the owner told them that we did not show up at all. We sent them all the information we had about the place and some pictures and they opened up the possibility to make this review. It feels good to be able to warn people about this place.

Location to the train station and it in the city centre The wifi is non existent and the toilet is electric and makes terrible noise and if you flush it during the night wakes the room up! But if you eat a lot of pizza don’t go over night as if you don’t flush the toilet blocks, and the shower is very slow at draining as well

The property team responded very quickly, which made communication smooth and easy , Location was more than ideal the area around shops of halal food The breakfast was very poor. The towels were not clean, and even when they were replaced, some still had marks on them (such as lipstick). There was also a very loud sound coming from the bathroom, but a few facilities could be upgraded for more comfort.

Easy access to train station. I really liked the small balcony. I would sit here in the morning and at night. It was perfect. A nice little refrigerator. Clean. Nice host. Supermarket nearby. A little hard to find. You go into a courtyard and there’s a sign in there by the elevator. Once you find it - all is good!

Great location for visiting Naples and meeting tours going out of the city. Check in was easy. The room is in a funky old building for that authentic feel of Napoli. Very quiet, no street noise at all, just some noise from other guests because poor interior sound insulation in the old building but everything was quiet by 10 or 11 pm, no big deal. I tested well with my earplugs. Good hot water, pressure not so much but OK. Gino and his staff are very nice and helpful. On the 5th floor, elevator is tiny and you must close the doors when you leave or it won't work. Happened to me only one time in 4 days. Nothing, all ok.

Location wise it’s just fantastic. Within a few steps you are railway station getting you anywhere in and around Naples. Lots of food places, a supermarket and night shops nearby. The hotel is located in the middle of a “block”. Making it quiet without any street noise. Super friendly staff. My single room doesn’t really have a desk/table. I saw other rooms did have it.

Good location (very close to the central train station, the Alibus stop and public transport). Very kind host. Noise from outside (air-conditionning at the balcony, construction works), no cutlery and glasses in the room.

The breakfast is provided. The quilt on top might not have been changed, only a white sheet in the middle was replaced. The strong perfume scent is overwhelming and uncomfortable.
