HOTEL CRISARI

This place is terrible. Not clean, realy bad conditions, tiny room.The building is also dirty and looks ugly. We could not stay there due to awful conditions. I traveled all around the world and stayed at least at 50 hotels and B&Bs over the years but never saw such a bad place. The owner did not want to communicate with me when I asked for a refund.

50 stairs to entrance no staff to let you in. No internet or TV was advertised with breakfast, not even coffee It was really a hostel not a hotel

Location, not clean, balcony doors and windows didn t close, AC not working, bathroom not clean, no toilet seat cover, broken shower doors . And they changed location from initial booking

Nothing small room but it’s okay for solo travelers, i think that if they change the sheets and the blanket it would be better bcz they’re overused

Outdated and no WiFi Very rundown

right next to Centrale . it was freezing in the room. There was no heating only the air conditioning which almost wasn't working. no blanket only the bedsheets in December. It's quite chill outside and we were freezing in the night in the room

Nothing This place should not be operated until renovation is completed including stairs to get on the second floor and it should be elevator as it is hard to care the suitcase to the second floor. Dirty outside.

Doesn’t have elevator and WiFi either . You fell insecure outiside and inside de bedroom . Safe your money and don’t book here !!

Honestly I didn’t stay in that location when I got there they moved me to a different one down the road Everytime you use the plumbing you can smell the sewer

Nothing Dangerous neighborhood! Do not stay here! 10 minute walk from train station. As soon as we turned on to the street where the hotel is we were shocked to see bums, homeless, and criminals all over the sidewalk. My wife was pushed and a thief grabbed her cell phone from her hand while we were trying to use Map to find Crisari. Various other thief’s were displaying used clothing that most likely came from stolen suitcases taken from tourists. We found a policeman who just sort of shrugged off our robbery - little he could do. We then ran back to train station, rented a car, and got out of there! We complained to Crisari contact multiple times saying we won’t stay there, cancel our booking. No response ever. We complained to Booking.com. They did nothing, saying it was a matter for Crisari staff. BOO to booking.com and terrible for Crisari!!

1.Poor maintenance such as no WiFi available, toilet flushing issue and poor mattress. Bathroom is super small. I am only six feet tall but that is not enough space for a guy taller than this size. 2. Don’t have receptionist since they won’t pick up buzzer. We have to call but wait for 10-20 minutes on the street where is super unsafe. 3. The street is a mess. A bunch of new immigrants from African and Middle East trading scarm things along the whole streets. For every men, please take care your partners as some guys will flirt women intentionally on the street. We saw gang operation when we opened terrance at night

Very disappointing This is not a hotel False advertising Read the review Moving out This is airbnb is not a hotel It is an apartment of rooms with locks on doors The main door has a lock that a cat burglar would have trouble breaking into with the key. You need to be Houdini to get in. Toilet didn't flush, I had to use the non working shower to flush toilet The shower head didn't work, water spurted out the sides all over the floor no drain on bathroom floor Showers doors missing and brocken Bathroom and plumbing smelled revolting, had to change rooms. Room looked like it was in a 3rd world country. Had to change room the following night that was not better You can't put lipstick on a pig. Kettle on the inside was filthy, threw it in the bin so it couldn't be rused. I didn't feel safe walking at night. It is on a back street, hard to find. I wish i had taken photos. False advertising Nothing good to say.

i was very wary of staying here because of all the bad reviews but it looks like they've just remodeled my cozy room had everything i needed and was sparkling clean. The location was perfect for my needs. would definitely recommend especially for the price.

narrow door to shower, no hot water first night

Cheap when plans changed and had to find somewhere quick, a bed and bathroom so covered what I needed. The entrance and stairs to the second story hotel section was an eye opener.
