Fantastic location! Easy to get around. Great breakfast I didn’t like that it said ( in the room) that every 3 days a complimentary full change of linen would happen. It didn’t ?

Breakfast order ahead bd brought to the room! Maybe that it’s on the fourth floor lol Lift is small but we used the stairs and got in some exercise!

Nothing. The black mold in the bathroom and making the room smell horrible. The staff coming into my room without my knowing and moving my stuff around. Them "cleaning" the black mold by rinsing out the shower and REFOLDING my already dirty towels for me to use again. Oh and the fact that they "made me a clean bed" with the sheets and pillow cases I was already using. Finally, I didn't like that when I asked them to ask other guests to quit yelling and playing music in the common area late at night, they told me I can do it myself then shortly after deleted the message and said they would handle it. They did not. If I could get my money back I would but so far booking.com hasnt reached back out to me.

The location was great and the rooms were very modern and clean! Breakfast in room was great and the lift in working order was a big plus!! Minutes away from central bus station, metro and airport shuttle! Had great view of city and mountains. Everything wonderful!

Very near to Naple train station, a lot of food options nearby, breakfast included, the room and bathroom is spacious. The lift is old and can only accommodate 2 persons. I wish owner can provide a clearly guide on how to operate the lift. It does not take long time for us to figure out but it did panic out when I am stuck in the lift as the door of the lift is hold by strong magnetic. Little force is needed to open the door.

The B&B is next to Naples Central Station, so very easy access to all over the town. The rooms are spacious and equipped with necessary amenities. The staffs are very kind and friendly. Breakfast served at the room is quite good. The neighborhood is strange.

Location very close to the train station Re Diego is in fact situated in a storey inside a building which is very rundown. Obviously, they have renovated the whole storey which looks very modern and new. However, the area outside the property is very old and it doesn't look safe.

It was in a great location and the staff was really helpful at check-in. They gave us some recommendations too. If you want to stay at the center of the city and be walking distance to everything, this is a good choice. We were there during a colder time period, so in order to keep the place warm or to get it warm, a person had to be there because the key card kept the electricity on. However, I think the big windows were a double-edged sword. They provided beautiful views, but also let in quite a bit of cool air. Just make sure to pack a good jacket while being in the living room. The bedrooms stay nice and warm, which was more important anyway.

Great breakfast, lovely staff, very accommodating, great location and value for money. Really really good experience. There wasn’t a closet in our room with was odd, other than that truly great.

Molds on bathroom ceiling, electrical wire exposed at bathroom . Too noisy at night time.

The room is big and clean. The staff will send the breakfast to your room, very convenient. The hotel location is very near the train station around 3 mins on foot, but not very easy to find, please pay attention to the logo on the wall. Someone will forgot to close the door of the elevator, in this case, we cannot use the elevator. Meanwhile, someone may knock the door by mistake, which may "surprise" you.

Since we were traveling by train, the location couldn't have been any better. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! Tall ceilings throughout, and two small balconies gave it a special feel. And all the people we interacted with checking in and out were gracious and helpful. We couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you, everyone at Re Diego. Grazie mille! There was a fair amount of street noise at night, but that's to be expected in a busy area like this.

Location and breakfast Tv had not one English channel.

Convenient to train station, friendly staff, breakfast delivered to the room. Very busy area but to be expected having access to train station.

I travel quite a bit. I know what I need, Comfortable bed, good shower, good internet, polite helpful staff, Re Diego delivers. all in a convenient location. and a very nice breakfast brought to your room. if that is what you need, at a fair price, it's great. if you need lux, with views of the sea, it's not

The room was huge and it did surpass our expectations. It is really a wonderful surprise as the look of the hotel outside doesn't do justice. The room was very clean and the staff was very polite! We would come to this hotel if we would be in Napoli again.
