Location
-
- Close to the train station, easy to find. - Street not safe. - The wifi was not available. - Terrible food smell in the room (most probably from the food places downstairs). - Small room. - Dirty floor. - Unpleasant view to the backyard from the corridor windows. - Poor breakfast experience (cold eggs, cheap coffee, not ripe fruits, old pastries, dirty plates and tables, staff acted like they want you to go asap)

Room, staff Breakfast and location

Clean, minimalist simple design Thin walls, its like paper. You either hear the people shouting on the street, or you hear your neighbour shouting at his/her kids..
-
The breakfast was bad. The water was not running at all in two mornings. The neighborhood is scary. The staff couldn't care less.

good value for your money

The location was awful. Dirty, a bit scary. The hotel itself was fine, but not a nice part of town.

Walking distance to Napoli Centrale. Many eateries close by Since the hotel is close to main railway station, the surroundings look ugly and not very clean streets. People who have no jobs just standing as groups and do nothing. Spotted open drinking on street corners. It was little scary when we 1st walking around with kids and family. Looked very ugly in day hours but night hours looked ok (dark and lights hiding lot of unclean streets). However people on streets didn’t bother us.

Tiny shower

Everything was good except the fact that the receptionist was robbed by a man holding a broken bottle. I liked the breakfast

Very close to the train station, helpfull staff. Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the bathroom design fails. Too much empty space but very small shower.

Close To the train station. The room was teeny, not small, teeny. It was like a small inside cabin on a cruise ship. There was a tiny elevator that could carry two people and their suitcases. It was also very slow. Expect to wait.

Super clean and the stuff was very nice. Also super close to the metro station, even if it might seam not secure at the end there is always police around that area also at night - I am Italian and it was 2 yrs that I was missing my country , for me was the second time in Naples after many years …I really enjoyed- wish I could have stayed longer!

All great Brrakfast is not good. Everything was cold.

It was adequate for a one night stay. Our room stank! The smell was really bad. We tried to change rooms but were told they were full. We had to go back to the front desk to request air freshener. Staff did not offer to help in any way.
