Palazzo Firenze

The TV and internet were NOT working. I reported it to the Front Desk. They sent a person there, he could not fix the issue. I was informed someone would take care of it the next day but no one even came to the room to address the issue. Disappointed!

Everything Outside area but it’s not the hotel …

Although the hotel itself was nice and smart the immediate vicinity was dirty, covered in litter and rather intimidating. We hadn't wanted to walk far in the dark at night to find a restaurant, took advice from the concierge. Glad to have only been staying one night.

Once inside, we were very happy with the comfort and cleanliness offered by this hotel. Upon request, staff kindly provided us with an electric kettle to make tea. The included breakfast was plentiful and excellent. It’s located within walking distance to the train station and the metro. The staff was helpful in directing us to getting public transportation access. The area close to the hotel is gritty but we didn’t encounter any problem, even arriving late.

Poor breakfast, some mold in the bathroom

The room was very nice, quite and clean. It was also more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The location is very central. The staff was very firendly and helful. They let us put our luggage in their storage room before our check-in and also th next day when we checked out. This was a great help and I really appriciate it. There wasn't anything really that I didn't like.

The hotel is well-located, close to both the train station and the Centro Storico (Historical Center). The room was a good size and faced the interior, which ensured we could sleep without any problem. Please be aware that the area immediately surrounding the train station is not the safest, but this is no different from many other areas around the city center While breakfast was advertised until 10 a.m., they often stopped refilling popular items, such as the scrambled eggs and pastries, around 9:30 a.m.

I liked the proximity of this hotel and the roof top bar - that was great. It was also within walking distance to great little trattorias. I think the staff could have been a little more hospitable - I'm from Australia and we like a bit of conversation with our service

The best breakfast we were served in all of Italy!!!! What would have been nice was to have an extra chair in our room, thank you!! nothing

Very close to the Naples Centrale Train station, so if you are doing side trips to Pompeii or Herculaneum, the hotel is in a very convenient location. There are a few streets around the hotel that are not clean, but the hotel itself is well run and spotless! The metro line station is also very close. On the 5th floor of the hotel is a roof top bar, pool, and Breakfast room that serves an excellent breakfast. nothing

Clean hotel In a horrible area of the city. Restaurant in hotel only open in the morning and not many restaurants in the area to walk to at night. Very unsafe

The location in general is pretty dicey but convenient for us to be here for the (1) night stay. If I need, would stay again.

I thought the breakfast offered was very good and fresh The mattresses on the single beds were very hard. The additional bed was the worse to sleep on. Not recommended for back issues. No hooks or area to place your toiletries.

Neighborhood, shower in middle of room

A paradise in middle of chaos ! A beautiful es ape to the surroundings . Clean, quite . Bed was very confortable and huge shower . Friendly staff Even though a 4 star , price is pretty high for where it is ! Close to train station with the disadvantages of surroundings not feeling too safe

Friendly staff and the swimming pool area were an excellent addition, offering a much-needed break from the busy Naples.
