The neighbourhood is very much the African quarter and the hustle didn't end. The rooms are very small and the walls very thin. The booking didn't openly say it was a room in a shared apartment. No kitchen to use in the evening.

Definitely the location, it's very noisy even at night and I'm the type of person that can't sleep with the AC on and I had to leave the window open since it's also really warm. If you can sleep with the windows closed it's all good, if not, the noise of the street is excruciating.

Very great location! 5min from Central Train station and buses! Room was clean and shower was big and comfortable. The staff was not so pleasant. They needed to know exact time when we arrive to let us in. However, it is not predictable as trains are late and while we get there. Once we arrived the host was again not happy that we arrived a bit earlier. Please,take into account that you cannot leave any personal belongings out in bathroom. As once we returned,our personal staff was put elsewhere after cleaning, touched and one of my perfume bottles broken and left in a glass. That is not acceptable to touch personal stuff when cleaning. Yes, rubbish can be taken out and extra toilet paper left but not something else. In breakfast there were only continental pastries in plastic. The same lady sits there and watches how you eat and is not very pleasant when we asked for coffee. Walls are very thin. Also, on the day of check out the same lady before 10am opened our room doors to make sure we pack faster and asked us to leave the window open,however,that is her job to open window. Overall, stay was ok but the staff is not very welcoming and are loud.

The location of the accommodation is in a noisy and dirty area. I expected a warmer welcome from the host.

The staff was kind and flexible. ? They let us to check in earlier. The location was awful. It’s very dirty and unsafe, there is so many homeless.

The location was excellent First of all , the day of our arrival, the owner informed that if we arrive after 10pm we have to pay 22euro extra which was not mentioned in booking.com. The lady who occupied with breakfast was always unpleasant, arrogant. She was not knowing how to function microwave . She insisted us to use plastic glasses . She prepared coffee in plastic glass. There were only croissants, fette biscottate and juice for breakfast.

Location is near a trail station Staff is bad When I dropp on a car the staff try to exit, my wife and little son,this is unbelievable ? The owner declary, that have a kitchen, but nobody can't use it. This is the most terrible place
