The place was near the center and train station which was what I was hoping for! Is definitely a different world there, busy and chaotic but nothing too bad! We didn’t mind the craziness. The host was responsive but the internet didn’t work for me so I had trouble getting a hold of her. The place was clean and comfortable I did not like the lady that checked us in! She couldn’t wait to run away! We had to take two elevators up and I’d never seen an elevator like that, she never cared to explain it to me before going up. so after her and two of my kids went up to 4th floor, I lost the only dime I had trying to figure it out so I had to walk up 4 stories with all the luggage. No effort to come down and help from her. And while staying up there she yelled at my 6 year old map obsessed kid for trying to grab a map from the table outside the apartment! The rest of the trip my kid was scared that the mean lady is going to come and yell at him! And the internet never worked after the first hour!

There was juices and water in the fridge when we arrived. Location was perfect for our train trip. Air conditioning working perfectly. We only had to empty the water tank once. All kitchen and bathroom supplies available. Elevator needs 10cents for each trip (condominium decision). Bathroom needs some renovations. Pillows too hard.

Clean and spacious room and an operational kitchen with everything you need. 5 minutes walk from Napoli Central station and metro station. Plenty of food points around. The host, Serena, was extremely helpful. We were sent a short video of how to approach the building from train station. On arrival, we were given a piece of paper with all the important information about the public transport to approach the various attractions along with a comprehensive map which made our trip so much easier. The old style lift. Couple of times have to use the stairs because the person who used the lift earlier didn’t close the door of the lift properly and the lift got stuck. The neighbourhood was a bit noisy and rough but this is what you expect close to the train stations.

Very near the train station, convenient for travels. Just like any area near a major train station in a big city, it can be very mixed and one needs to be careful of traffic and pickpockets. Breakfast coupons provided for use in café on the street corner. One needs to pay to use the lift, but owner provided coins for 3 lift usages

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The hosts really accommodated to our six day stay and even provided us with extra towels etc upon arrival. Everything in the apartment was exceptional and the kitchen was also spacious and had all the basics to cook if wanted. The stay includes breakfast less than a street away which was also very pleasant. We were definitely not disappointed at all with our stay at Naples at Rifugio di Garibaldi and would recommend it if you want to stay at Naples. The only thing that could be improved regarding the apartment are some of the utensils in the kitchen but apart from that our stay was perfect.

Location is comfortable as it close to the central railway station. Once you close the house door, it is very clean and nice. Apartment is basic, good value for money, comfortable bed, clean. Neighborhood is not pleasant, dirty and creepy. Kitchenware is very basic (frying pan small even for 1 person, no chance to fit there food for 2

Excellent. Three blocks from the train station, the rooms were spacious and very reasonably priced. Great balcony. Serena and Sara and staff were very accommodating. Stayed a couple days also on return to Rome from Amalfi coast because needed a rest and it felt like returning home to my own apartment.

Location is great and walking distance from metro and train from where you are easily connected to ferry’s to Capri and Ischia, train to Pompeii, Vesuvius and Sorrento etc. Also is near the historic centre of the city. The room is spacious and the breakfast includes a free coffee and bagel in the restaurant next to the building which is a nice way to start the day. The cleanness of the room was an issue and the bed pillow was too hard, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. The walls in the building are very thin so be prepared to hear your neighbours.

The room is big enough for one family of 4 members, is a kitchen inside enough to cook. Air-conditioning working fine. The host are very friendly and very helpful, always promptly for everything. The location is a bit noisy but in the right place to get connected with the train and buses just for 2 to 5 minutes walking.

The room is very clean, the staff provides information about what you can visit, the location is close to the metro and train station, everything was perfect! -

All in all the apartment was nice and clean. The host was very helpful with our late night arrival. They came prepared with restaurant recommendations and places to visit in Napoli, that was nice of them. The neighborhood was horrible and litter litterally everywhere in mountains right in front of our house door.

The location is very convenient, the room is comfortable, the staff is very caring, we liked everything.
