Very clean and modern and the host was really nice and helpful.

The breakfast lived up to our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located for those traveling by train. On the day of our stay, there was no hot water in shower. We assume it was just an isolated incident.

Breakfast exceeded our expectation. Location was ideal for train &/or bus connection. Thanks Patti for all your help.

Convenient location next to the train station, and great value for a 1 night stay. I was a solo traveler but the room was easily comfortable for 2 and also had a small table. Stefano went above and beyond to help with calling a taxi for my trip to the airport and getting some baked goods for breakfast since I had a morning flight out. He also recommended a good (tourist-friendly) pizza place 3 mins away for dinner.

Clean, wonderful staff and very comfortable The neighbourhood, a little sketchy and dirty

Clean, quiet, with a very friendly and accommodating host. Well provisioned. Beautifully renovated The neighborhood although very close to the train station made me a little uncomfortable.

We chose to stay near train station for ease of train travel; some areas around hotel were sketchy but very convenient.

Our second time here, so you know it’s great… location 8 minutes walk from the bus/train station, few minutes walk to good pasta/pizza restaurants, but the best part is Stefano, the owner of the B&B. He would do everything I asked, whether get us bus tickets, or ship me my sweater that I left my room. I later found my sweater in my bag, but the thought that counts! The streets have lots of trash, broken glasses, and shady people, so you just be careful. We don’t walk out after dark!

Owner Stefano and his lady help were great - exceeded our expectations. We did see the good reviews before we booked, and after one night and communication with him regarding about the Alibus that we had to take from the airport to his property, then when checking out, we needed the Sita bus that take me from Napoli to Bomerano, where we met our tour for the Amalfi Coast, we realized he exceeded our good expectations. His recommendation for Napolitan pizza and pasta restaurant was spot on. Breakfast was delicious too! None.

Patty was great, she met us at the door and helped us get settled in. She provided all the information we needed and was very efficient and thorough. The room was air conditioned, clean, and larger than expected. The shower had great pressure too. The pastries for breakfast were amazing!! The location for me wasn't ideal. Maybe the entire city of Naples isn't for me or maybe this neighborhood is too close to the train station - a little sketchy. We felt completely safe and secure inside the accommodation, however. Using the small elevator to reach the 5th floor is better then the stairs but be prepared to make several trips if you have a lot of luggage like we did.

Loved the room & our hosts. So attentive and helpful. Room & shared kitchenette are spotless. The provided breakfasts were yummy - amazing bread! All needs provided. One suggestion - provide one more luggage bench. We had two suitcases and had to keep one on floor. Just a bit inconvenient but not a huge deal. One of those fold- up valets would work well. Location was both good & bad. Very convenient to train station/Metro but area is a bit seedy & run-down. Ex-law hubby noticed a few drug deals happening. Certainly no fault of hosts. Just sad to see such an important gateway into Naples in such poor condition. The city should do better if it wants to help their businessrs and tourists who can't afford to stay in the high end sections of town or don't arrive via yacht/cruise ship. We are older and just didn't go out alone, nor at night. Felt very safe in our apartment/ room, but not so much in the street.

Stefano is the most wonderful host. So attentive, giving great recommendations. He personally brings you amazing pastries every morning from a local pastry. The room is big, modern, clean. Espresso machine, espresso supplied, tea kettle with tea supplied, small refrigerator with water, you gift and juice complimentary. Located 5 minutes from Naples central train station. Would absolutely recommend to all.

Great hospitality. Stefano was incredible and helped us out with everything. The room was clean and the facilities are great. The location was good for us because it is close to the train. The streets around it might be not very nice at night.

It was spacious and stocked with good coffee maker fruit and some other food. It was newly furnished. Should be everything a person could want. But… The neighborhood is sketchy. There are two locked doors at the entrance. People hang out on the dirty streets. Shady. Narrow dark alleyways
