In the modern part of the city, a 15 minute walk from the train station. Restaurants nearby. Room was clean and spacious. Checkout time at noon. Nice breakfast with eggs cooked to order. City construction on the street of the hotel, but that was not the fault of this hotel.

Some rooms are more shabby than others. Also depending on the window location and floor it might be loud at night.

1/5 stars. Avoid this hotel at all costs! I'm extremely disappointed with my stay here. The bathroom was dirty, the TV wasn't working, and there were broken windows. The furniture was dusty, and the towels were yellow and gross. But the worst part? No water came out of the faucet! Breakfast was an afterthought - cold and unappetizing. The customer service was nonexistent, and the noise from the traffic outside made it impossible to sleep. For the price we paid, we expected so much more. Unless you're looking for a place to crash for a night, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Waiter, evening meal, who only had me to serve showed no interest - until he wanted a tip. I ordered food and an orange. After 7-8mins requested orange, then after 2 more mins looked round, saw waiter drinking an orange then he started talking to a non-quest. I got up, and saw the orange had been left on counter for him to serve, ie I had to get it myself.

Good overall hotel with everything you want. Clean bright room with big window that opened for fresh air, Cable TV, good wifi in room, 300m to Carre Eden Mall/big supermarket. Reception very good English & very helpful. Bus stop close by Had to get taxi or bus to main tourist attractions

Great comfort and value in a great location in Marrakech: only a 15 minute walk to Jardin Marjorelle, 20 minutes drive to the airport, and a 45 minute walk to the central Medina. Also, the hotel restaurant is very tasty and has a great value too. Would definitely stay there again!
