The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to the city center and many attractions. And the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable! Nothing

Had a heating and cooling unit Very noisy from the street

My reservation included breakfast, yet the staff said they dint offer breakfast at the hotel. The towels were extremely used and the room was very old fashioned

The view from my window to the swimming pool. The tiles around the swimming pool, the hotel ceiling, the walls the decoration. 1)The elevators are very old, sometimes one of them the door will not open or close after a few times. 2)The bathroom in my room, the tub, very old, sticky parts, also the water wouldn’t go through smooth. 3)Then the hangers were a disaster, very old wire and messed up, bent hangers. Like the ones that they give you when you take your clothes to dry cleaners. The Hotel should spend some money, they’re not expensive at all to buy some wood hangers or hard plastic new ones. 4)Bedroom walls needs to be painted. 5)The sheets are too hard, too much starch.

The location and how it is near everything especially shopping mall. The internet was excellent! The blanket was too cheap and it looks like home blanket and not a hotel one though it seems clean

Nothing Door key was not working I was running down n up plus towels in bath were only one n cheap quality one No bath room sandal No glass for drink water No shampoo for shower it was cheap little round soup for wash it was aweful Window was rubbish it was suffocating room Tv was rubbish AC was not working All cheap items installed it’s not worth wasting a penny

Location, securty man was kind and respectful the view, tha materials The cleaner didn't come to my room at alllllll and she didn't clean when the other clients leave the room before us, it was dirty really dirty. It was like 25 bottle of water in our room and no one comes to take them out or clean or nothing. The floor was extremely dirty and i was waiting the day i leave the room, i wanted to stay in Marrakech for more 3 days but when i got this experience i just wanted to leave asap the room.

The stuff was very nice and helpfull and the room quit nice and calm. of course the location is very good. nothing important to mention

No serviette in the room, it's not really clean ,felt like they give me a room who is rarely rent

First appearance of the hotel, everything seems fine. Nice lobby area. Its a tired and old hotel but still quite nice and is centrally located to all the areas of interest. Staff are completely ignorant and patronising. Lack general sympathy or empathy. Customer services skills are a zero! They won't even acknowledge you even though you're standing right up against the reception desk looking at them. I had to change my room 4 times over a 2 night stay. 3 times, just on the first day. The first room's bathroom was flooded and the toilet was overflowing with urine and feces. I was told to wait for 30 minutes inside the room whilst they cleaned it up. But it was disturbing just looking at it and had a very bad odour coming from the room - so I had to leave the room. I asked to move to another room, however the 2nd room had such a strong smell of cigarette fumes that I couldn't breathe in it, the toilet seat was broken, tge bathtub was full of strange coloured stains and again no toiletries were placed in the bathroom. They gave me a 3rd room, this room was the only room left, and again there were no towels given to me, no shampoo, no soap and no toilet roll in the bathroom. Despite it being 46 degrees outside, the AC did not work at all. They promised me several times, each time I went dowstairs to remind them that they would get the AC fixed. The morning staff had left by the time I returned from outside and the new staff member at the reception seemed clueless of the problem. I finally convinced him to come upstairs and experience for himself how hot it was. He came up with me to the room and was very condescending with his tone of voice and language. His justification for the AC not working, was that I should be grateful it wasn't working, as so many people have died as a direct cause of having the AC on and he was doing me a favour by leaving it as it is. I was fuming by this time metaphorically and literally due to the heat! Nevertheless, there was nothing that could be done at 11.30pm at night and I was completely exhausted by the whole experience and my travel.

Very disturbing noises from outside that can't be described as sleep

Location, pool, fast wifi in all places. The shower towels are small and the design of the rooms is old and very basic, with some light creeping through the window and the door in the night, no place to dry clothes in the room. The tv is too old with no channels or internet.

The hospitality of the women working during the night. I explainee what happened to booking and they can't offer no compensation I'm so disappointed. The noise of the hotel because they have some constructions going on. Also the room wasn't clean. I found a bandage in my bed. The hotel said '' sorry'' and that' s it.
