The staff especially Mohcine, he shouldn’t be a the reception if he doesn’t want to look at the guests and only wants to count money and ignore them. I only asked him if i can cancel the breakfast but he said no, and did not explain why which was very rude, left me asking questions and talking to a wall. Later that night, there was another staff who kindly explained to me why they can’t, which is understandable. However, the behavior i got at this hotel is atrocious. Very loud location and old amenities, need both a renovation and change of its people to experienced ones who have studied how to at least smile :)

Hotel too old, need love.

The staff were friendly Very disappointing stay. The internet was practically non-existent, there was no heating, and the food was terrible. The only positive was the staff; they were friendly.

It was OK no bar and not a mini bar

I made a reservation 7 days ago. Right after that, I sent a message to the hotel to let them know that I would arrive later and to check if that was okay, since it says that the front desk is open 24 hours. Nobody replied to me — I sent two messages. I arrived at 2 PM, but the hotel was closed, the lights were off, and after I knocked, a man who seemed half-drugged came out. When he opened the door, he asked for our passports until tommorow and told me that I would have to pay in the morning, even though I had already paid through the app. I refused, and he told me to find another accommodation. The place was extremely dirty — a real shit hole. Then he shut the door on me. Avoid this spot at all costs if you don’t want your trip ruined.

The hotel is in a prime location. Friendly staffs. Clean room, comfy bed though it lacks a water kettle, bottled water,

It’s in the city’s center, with a mall nearby Very old, the rooms needs a lot of renovations, the AC was barely working on a 40 degrees celcius day

When I paid in euros as I was told by booking.com the person at the desk gave me a terrible exchange rate on my change.
