The staff were nice and they tried their best to accommodate us and serve us breakfast etc. There were almost no lights in the room, it was semi dark. It was not clean. The toilet did not have a flush. The curtain was broken. There was dust everywhere - it was not clean. There were roadworks all along the street. The potential is huge, it could be a wonderful hotel but the owner needs to invest money in it and make it beautiful and clean, not rip off the customers.

Thanks to Omar who always helped us with everything, to the maids, but in reality the breakfast was very poor, the waiters were very kind and attentive but the photos have nothing to do with the place itself, the truth is I didn't like it at all, the infrastructure of the place looked much nicer.

Ничего Terrible Experience – A Complete Disgrace for a "4-Star" Hotel I have never encountered such an appalling excuse for a 4-star hotel in my life. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is a total fraud—misleading advertising, unprofessional staff, filthy rooms, and nonexistent service. Reception & Staff – Rude, Unprofessional, and Indifferent Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t even be bothered to pause her conversation with a colleague while checking us in. She handed us keys to a room that was clearly occupied—crumpled bedsheets, used towels on the floor, as if someone had just slept there. When we returned to report this, she LAUGHED in our faces and continued chatting as if we were an inconvenience. The Room – Dirty, Broken, and Neglected The second room they gave us wasn’t much better. The sink was clogged, the bathroom flooded, and the promised iron? Never arrived, despite multiple requests. We waited 20 minutes the next morning just to be ignored again. The in-room phone didn’t work, so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something—which, of course, no one cared to provide. "Facilities" Internet? Works when it feels like it (which is almost never). Heating? Forget it—freezing cold hallways and indifferent staff. Basic maintenance? Nonexistent. Overall – A Complete Scam This hotel is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. The staff is lazy, disrespectful, and utterly unprofessional, the rooms are filthy and poorly maintained, and the so-called "4-star service" is a blatant lie. Save your money—stay anywhere else. This place doesn’t deserve a single guest. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING SCAMMED AND IGNORED

Checked in and then checked out 30 mins later because it was filthy. Fly infestation in bathroom and the room smelt of cigarettes

Only the location I have never experienced such a bad hotel in my time on holiday Hotel is messy and dirty Everything in my room was broken,tap, toilet door lock,service and too noisy

The location and the stuff was pleasant The street was under construction making it hard to get in to hotel. I had to pay for room when I got there and they round up my room price in usd then charge me in mad (local currency) at a bad rate. I was too tired to deal with it for few more dollars. But when I got to my floor there was construction tracks all over carpet, my room smell weird and stuffy, the sheets and towels looked dirty. the door is stuck when trying to open half the time. I can’t get wifi in the room! And worse of all there were bugs all over the shower wall!!! That was not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2 stars.
