The only thing I didn't like is the availability of parking lots, since the hotel doesn't have its own parking.

Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again. Good location and friendly staff. Stains on bedding (they smelled clean, but stains looked old). There were no toiletries in the bathroom - we had to ask for them as we just simply didn’t have any soap to wash hands. Halls were very dirty. Bathroom hooks were broken, so couldn’t hang towels, had to improvise. Breakfast was very basic and mainly sweet - we skipped it the next morning.

Room had a good size, large bed, AC in good condition. Access to small swimming pool, but it's big enough to refresh oneself after a walk in 40+ C environment. In the middle of Gueliz area with access to many cafes, restaurants and shopping. Excellent breakfast. All was good

definitely a less expensive hotel in a more modern, less touristy area. It definitely showing its age and it's not as nice as the pictures. toilet was broken. Fixtures were corroded.

Bath tissues were stale. There was water leak in the bathroom. Both were addressed by the staff.

The fridge not cold enough. The AC functions poorly, it would take 2-3 hours for it to cool the room. And no ventilation besides the windows

I love this place! Kind, helpful, polite, welcoming staff. Great location. Spacious, modern, comfortable room with fridge. Strong shower,hot water and AC, blackout curtains for a good sleep. Generous buffet breakfast.Well ~ maintained property and dipping pool. Even a safe for valuables in room. In upscale neighborhood near Carrefour supermarket and big mall. Great cleaning establishment a few doors down, quick and efficient to catch up on laundry! Elevator for mobility-challenged. Nothing

Nice pool area, friendly staff. Not really close to many of the things we wanted to see. Rooms dated and not very clean, the towels especially had stains on them

The property didn’t quite match the photos online. While the lounge area was nicely designed, the rooms and hallways felt outdated. As a solo female traveler visiting Morocco for the first time, I didn’t feel entirely safe staying here—and unfortunately, the front desk staff weren’t very helpful when I had questions or needed support. That lack of assistance made the experience even more disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel overall.
