Staff cool and friendly Location is good in the center of Gueliz Cigarettes smell Rooms lightings was very poor Breakfast was limited (options) Room fournitures was kinda old but at least clean

The hotel claims to have parking, but there are only 3 spots and they are always occupied by tourist buses. Very inconvenient.

The reception was lovely seating area and so was the room. Beautiful city views near the windows in the room. There wasn’t much food option. Fridge was dirty and the swimming pool time was closed quite early times

Location was OK , First Lady we met on reception was nice & friendly, You couldn’t take food to your room. I asked for a second key which I was refused, drinks at the bar are expensive, needs maintenance carrying out around the place.

Room was clean and everyday the room service would clean it Night receptionist is arrogant old man he should not take he’s anger out on paying guest

Beautiful rooms staff friendly Flash of the toilet needs improving.

Good location, plenty of restaurants around, and about 30 min walk to the medina. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. People were obviously smoking cigarettes in their rooms, and you could smell the smoke.
