Helpful staff Noisy from street and inside hotel. Is like an eco box the whole building. Old furniture microscopic tv. No amenities Not even a kettle! This can’t be a 4 star hotel. Never back

It was a terrible experience. Upon arrival, we were forcibly moved to another hotel, which was extremely bad—unclean and lacking good service. I do not recommend anyone to stay here

Original decor is nice (but in need of repair / refresh). Location very good. Breakfast good too. Hotel requires a large damage deposit on arrival which is an unnecessary hassle and the cash machine in the lobby charges a fee! Some of the main reception staff appear unfriendly, standing behind the desk staring out as if into the distance and refusing to smile. There are charges for all spa use and there is no airport shuttle, just a bookable taxi service.
