Hotel perfectly located near the airport - made our early-morning departure easy, stress-free. Really appreciated the large room, very comfortable bed, and convenient hotel dining room. Very relaxing for end of our 3+ week visit in Morocco. The very best thing was the warm, personable welcome we received on arrival, made so special by the presence of Lamia, a lovely a woman working at the desk with whom I had had prior very helpful correspondence about our booking. I was hoping I would have an opportunity to meet with her and thank her in person. And she was there! Like greeting a sister! And the rest of the hotel staff caught the good vibes too - smiles all around, from the doorman to the valet to a lovely welcoming letter from the manager. My husband and I simply felt embraced by the entire staff. We will remember this for ever. I wish we had had the opportunity to spend a little time with Lamia to thank her again for her help, and to have a short visit. As it was, we were quite weary from our travel, and missed that opportunity.

The room is advertised as 'soundproof', but the windows are clearly not. Swimming pool is not heated nor cleaned.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The beds were incredibly hard. And our "King" bed was two twins pushed together with a giant seam in the middle, which i kept getting stuck in. The linens were for twin beds so we basically slept separately.

The room was super cold even with AC on.. so I asked the staff to send me an additional blanket for my second night. They forgot and when I reminded them for one they sent one that was filthy and torn.. that was disgusting

MOTEL (!) vibe!!! The room doesn’t look like the pictures. The bathroom and toilet are dirty. The room needs maintenance. There are sexually suggestive pictures on the walls... and mirrors everywhere.... Definitely feels like a place for a one-night stand. Horrible vibe and energy. No soundproofing. The street is very loud.

the staff at the restaurant and the breakfast is excellent , a lot of varities, very good fresly prepared omlette and fresh juices the bathroom needs renovation, smely toilete, shower needs an upgrade it is very very noisy , no soundproofing, it is like you are sleeping on the street with all the horns and motorbikes in your bedroom the reception staff not helpful al all

The cleanliness and personal of the hotel are the highlights. All the hotel staff was so kind but Sabrina, Lamia and Dounia at the reception was very kind and very professional. always willing to help with big smile. You can not lose them. noice from outside
