The breakfast

I like this hotel, was there already before a couple of times. It have good location, but outside Medina which is anyway not so far. Room is reasonable, with balcony. Bathroom is good also. Bed was comfortable. Good wifi. Staff very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant tasteful and good price. I enjoy always there my stay a recommend it highly.

Great value for the price and location. The room had everything I could need for a short stay, including a nice balcony and mini fridge. Free working wifi on the floor. Outdated. I don't think the heat was working properly, but there were plenty of blankets, so I was fine for one night. I'd stay again.

Location: In Gueliz area, the hotel is situated in a quiet and safe area, unlike Medina (which is a noisy and crowded area). Hence, it was an ideal location to stay while visiting Marrakech city Staff: The staff displayed both helpfulness and respect. Thanks to Aziz for his help! Breakfast: Although the breakfast (Moroccan's breakfast) was the same every day, it was generally acceptable The hotel has a potential, but it is not maintained or restored The room: I had changed the room twice; the door of the first room was completely damaged. The second room was a nightmare: Insects and dirt were everywhere, the shower was damaged, and the noise made it hard for me to sleep all night. The third room was not ideal; the shower flooded and the equipment was very old dates from another century... The bedding was really not adequate, the carpets were not clean, full of dust,.. The TV was not working... no item in the bathroom was available except a small piece of soap... If I had not paid the stay in advance, I would have had to leave it on the first day.

Quality of the hotel. The conditioner doesn't work I stay two nights, and each night around the middle nights and early morning, I have to move the room So bothnightsI didn'tsleepat all. The all very old and bad condition: start from bathroomand towels and finish air conditioner Very uncomfortable and sad experience.

Reception staff Achrd was rude with a bad attitude towards me, probably because I didn’t buy his tours. He asked me to check out although I was allowed to have a late check out by another reception staff.

Need phone for light, as no light on in corridor. In day noisy as work going on. Lift fell unsafe. Bedding clean but ....... Door was stuck so had to use force to get in.

The hotel is situated in the center of the city . Reasonable price for the quality of the hotel.
