Good location for hotel. Was told breakfast would be included and it was not. Did not eat here. Very disappointed Shower and shower head broken. Would not stay up. Very difficult to try and shower. Notified front desk and their answer was “oh ok”

Loved the location, florist stall, fountain, taxi stand, hop on hop off bus stop, city bus stop all in front of the hotel. ? I wish breakfast was included

Friendly and helpful staff, unbeatable location near attractions, shopping, and public transportation including Aerobus a couple minutes walk from the front door. Great beds (not as firm as many other Spanish hotel beds). Room had a refrigerator and Nespresso machine. Building facade was entirely covered by an advertisement due to some kind of construction; we had a room that would have been overlooking the plaza but the window was covered by cellophane so we couldn't see anything or get outside air, which was extremely disappointing. Room was also on the small side, making it difficult to navigate with just two regular carry-on sized bags. Hotel is also a little worn, but the location makes up for it.

I knew I have a room with a tiny window up to the ceiling, which is fine for one night. My room was a bit shabby, but fine anyway. I did not like the towels, the textile itself

The front desk staff is outstanding. We will definitely stay there again if we make it back to Barcelona The only thing I would recommend changing is to have breakfast included with your reservation

Excellent location, in the heart of Barcelona. Walking distance to the beach, harbour, & shopping destinations. The infamous La Ramblas was just a few steps away. Hotel was cosy & comfy. Can be a bit pricey & there's only 1 lift to take you to the upper floors.

Location The staff were very rude and mot helpful at all. The room had NO windows!!!! When I complained, I was told that I did not book a room with windows. She did not allow me to switch to a room with a window even though it was available (even as an upgrade).

The “loft” had huge rooms. With two bedrooms and separate bathrooms this was more like a suite than anything. Rooms had high ceilings and door ways separating all of the rooms. The kitchen and main sitting room were beautiful. King bed was super comfortable. Unit also had very comfortable chairs and sofas throughout. Appreciated the bottle of cava and cookies delivered to the room. They need rain-head shower heads in the two bathrooms. To be stuck with low mounted wand style spray heads is crazy for a hotel this nice.
