Location was great! Metro Catalunya Station was just around the corner. Many places were walking distance. Wall is thin, and the floor is hardwood-looking material (no carpet), so noise, particularly if a guest in the neighboring room walks with shoes with heel, it echos. Elevator button shares both up & down (only 1 button) , so it was confusing and not efficiently running. When we checked in, we were told to pay despite payment was already made through booking.com. The front desk lady insisted they didn’t receive payment, so I had to dhow her the payment receipt from booking.com. I was not happy to hear some sort of miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel.

Location is convenient but surroundings not so pleasant, people sleeping on the street, the smell and dirty sidewalks I wouldn’t recommend

The Dorma was in a perfect location from the main station and the Las Ramblas. The room 907 was huge and had a huge balcony with table and chairs. The food was everything we needed and the dessert table was presented very nice.

Stayed at Dorma Plaza Catalunya in Barcelona and honestly had such a great experience. The location is 10/10 — everything is nearby and super convenient for walking around the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What really made the stay even better was the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the trip. The bed was not very comfortable; it was too soft and sagged on one side. We are not large people. The AC did not work in our room but we opened the windows for circulation and didn't need the AC at night. The key card is placed in a holder by the door to activate electricity in the room. The TV turns on automatically when this occurs which is a bit annoying.

location was center. the room was big. the strong smell it has when you first get in. also the front desk area can use some decoration. it is plane and boring. the staff were not friendly.

The location is excellent and very convenient. The place was clean, well-maintained, and overall a nice stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The heating was a bit of an issue. I understand it can be a common practice in Europe to turn off heating earlier in the season, but the room did get quite cold at night, which made it less comfortable.
