Location & such helpful, kind staff. That we were not advised of the tax that needed to be paid in Euros to the hotel. We would have had this ready ahead of time and an email would have helped.

It was beautiful, at the door step of all action, very clean and with amazing window and balcony view of the beautiful city! There was nothing I didn’t like about it!

The location was stunning ! The room was super tiny, the bathroom wasn’t a separate room kind of, but just glass wall and door, and it’s not very comfortable to enter / close door. But I think it was the best option in such a small room.

The location for us is the big factor and convenience as well. Shops and restaurants are everywhere. Transportation either bus or train are within reach. You can even get a coach going to the airport vice versa. We were able to roam around using bus and train with no difficulty, in addition we also able to walk to major tourist spots like sagrada familia, barcelona cathedral, Arc de Triomf, not to mention the Plaça de Catalunya, just to name the few. Our room, has the amazing view, overlooking Plaça de Catalunya. More so, it has good a size and clean as well including the bathroom. The bed is comfortable, we were able to have a good sleep. Most importantly, the staff are friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The safety box for me was a struggle to open, but we can live with it.

Excellent position, in the old town, everything accessible on foot; metro and bus stops nearby; comfortable beds; very accommodating staff; cleanliness; quiet rooms. Great value for money!

The location on Plaça de Catalunya is fantastic! The balconies and large windows were delightful. The staff were very helpful and professional. There is a bit of street noise, but not much given the location! Closing the second set of balcony doors reduces it even further. The check in process was a bit unclear. To check in, you must buzz the Hotel Genebra office on the third floor using the intercom panel by the front door. There is a sticker next to the appropriate button. Once inside, follow the carpet to the elevator or stairs around it. Do not take the first (larger) set of stairs, which ends at an apartment door.

Centrally located and easily accessible by public transport, Hotel Ginebra is located on 2 different floors within the building. Reception is on level 3 and the staff are all wonderful. Our room was on the smaller side but contained everything we needed. A hot water issue throughout the building was dealt with efficiently by staff and guests were kept informed. A continental breakfast was provided by hotel staff and food preferences or requests were no problem. We would stay here again!

The location was excellent for us being first timers to Barcelona it was right in the heart of everything No dislikes it suited us fine

Proximity to everything it is centrally located

The location was perfect. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. Our 2 rooms were close together. They were clean and comfortable. The balcony was breathtaking. It was a beautiful experience.

I liked the calmness in the middle of that busy area, nice balcony and view. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious enough to put my bag and my stuff. If you’re sensitive to the light, bring an eye cover because there is a green safety light that stays on.

our beds are so much comfy and if we want to return to Barcelona, we will take this hotel the bathroom door didn't close properly ,and they didnt have a wardrobe for the clothes

Location Boutique hotel, very small room & balcony, not properly cleaned (small food particles on the top of night stands). Definitely not what we expected.
