Hostel was clean and the cleaning staff come and clean the rooms and bathrooms daily. Location was decent as well. If you’re looking for a social hostel to meet friends than this is not the place to go to, I was here for 3 nights and ended up changing hostels Because I didn’t even have a conversation with anyone. It’s just a massive hostel with 300+ guests staying so it’s impossible to meet people. Lot of older people as well. If you’re planing to just come here to get a nights rest than it’s a good place but if you’re planning to meet people and go out with them then definitely do not go here.

Excellent location, friendly staff, nice to have bar downstairs.Beds were comfortable and quiet. Big lockers.for location, even though I booked last minute and payed 3x my initial price it was still 1/3 of price of anything else within 10 minutes. All social events were canceled during my stay. Which was unfortunate as this was my first stop for first ever solo Europe trip. There was a bit of a smell. Showers have 10 second timers which I’ve now stayed at 5 hostels for way cheaper and none have timer on water. Also, never got reimbursement for rented towel.

The location it's good. The shower area had a horrible smell, almost impossible to shower in. The comfort of the beds is awful, every time someone moves in the bed next to them it makes a huge noise that ends up waking people up. The staff doesn't explain the activities that the hostel has, such as the Welcome Meeting, at least for me nothing was explained, zero interaction.

Good Good

Very noisy and uncomfortable stay, and we even lost a few things. There were very few compared to the number of people staying in hostel Noise and there was no AC and it was hot
-
The hostel is centrally located and walking distance to many attractions. There are plenty of food options in and around the hostel. N/A

The vibe was good Washrooms were a few compared to the number of beds. Bathrooms were out of soap. Hair dryer doesnt work. Dirty washrooms

The location of the hostel is good, but there was a lot of noise in the room, and it was super hard to sleep. Other than that, they don't offer free luggage storage; there are fewer washrooms for the number of rooms and beds, and the rooms are small. We also lost some of our stuff in hostel and could not find it. Price, small rooms with more beds and a lot of noise.

Great place, bad management Great place, bad management Says they have a policy of no more than 7 nights in a month Not written in their policy and feeling of being bullied If it is such a policy, then why no state it at the desk on a message board or when booking. You can't just cancel someone's bookings due to some new policy

AC worked well, hot water too, location is very strategic next to placa de catalunya and lots of restaurants and shops. 24h reception, common room was complete with appliances to reheat food and drinks. our bathroom often run out of paper towels and the Whatsapp number they provided in case we need something for the bathroom was not responsive at all.

Friendly staff and you can store your luggage for minimal fee's if you are checking out and wants to explore the city

The hostel is in an excellent location, making it very easy to reach the main attractions and public transport. Plaça de Catalunya is within easy reach, and the hostel is simple to find even for first-time visitors. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection of food, and the common areas were spacious, clean, and great for relaxing or meeting other travelers. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would gladly stay here again. Nothing specifically all are good for me
