Location and the uniqueness of the hotel Furniture old, breakfast was disappointing for how much it cost.

The location was amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly. Its a beautiful hotel with a cool theme. The breakfast was very nice The house keeping was very loud. Paying more than 300 euros a night and waking up everyday from the housekeeping banging doors is very annoying. There were also major construction being done. Its not very pleasant having constant hammering done from around 8 to 5. There the hotel should be a little more proactive and I form the guests. A discount would have been a good solution, I for my part would have reconsidered my choice would I have known that before.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from La Rambla, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, always smiling, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The food was also delicious and exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. The only aspect that could be improved is the in-room guest amenities. I felt that some basic essentials were missing, and it would have been a nice touch to include a small welcome gesture, such as chocolates, a welcome note, or other complimentary items to make guests feel even more appreciated upon arrival. We loved the location of the property, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel room. It is next to all the shopping, close to multiple metro access points, and right next to a great coffee shop. Walls are thin but to be expected. We could hear alarms in the morning from other hotel rooms and people talking loudly.

This hotel was very local to all the popular tourist spots. We walked everywhere. The room was very clean and they cleaned our room every day and did an amazing job. Staff were nice and their roof top bar had good drinks and music. A little pricey but over all great.
