I stayed at this hotel as part of a group booking where each guest had their own room reservation. Before arrival, I paid extra specifically for a room with a balcony, while the other members of my group booked standard rooms. What was frustrating was that several guests who booked standard rooms were upgraded to noticeably larger rooms, while I was not upgraded despite paying more. In fact, my room was smaller than the rooms allocated to other members of my group who had paid less. I raised this concern with the front desk, expecting at least an explanation. Instead, I was told that my room was the biggest room in the hotel, which was clearly not the case based on the rooms occupied by others in my group. Rather than addressing the issue, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful. The room itself was fine and the balcony was nice, but the overall experience left me feeling that paying extra provided little benefit. Seeing guests who paid less receive larger accommodations, combined with the way my concern was handled by staff, left a disappointing impression. I have another trip planned next year, but based on this experience, I would not book this hotel again.

Just a new and wonderful experience! Highly recommended and not one complaint and I am a very picky person when it comes to hotels. Breakfast should be included like the Madrid location.

Location Found a small sidereal in room and another insect in bathroom

Loved the hotel and location - so prime. Hospitality was excellent. You made reservations for us at a restaurant next to hotel late night arrival with a discount. Made our tour reservations. Much appreciated. What I absolutely loved was the water fountain. In every floor to fill our bottle of water. Such a great idea. Saving plastics and the planet.
