Clean, pool was excellent The first person who greeted us at the check-in desk was not friendly. No smile or welcoming words. She seemed put out by us. Gaston was very nice and helpful with luggage and directions.

The window faced a closed internal area with no sunlight or view at all, which made the room feel quite depressing. The AC was also very weak, making the stay uncomfortable. The

The hotel canceled my reservation just a few hours before my arrival, citing issues with processing my card details, even though they offer a pay-on-arrival option. There was no possibility to pay in advance via Booking. My request to keep the reservation, sent through messages, was ignored. Since I was able to successfully pay for another hotel with the same card just a few minutes later, I consider the stated reason to be unfounded and likely related to the hotel’s intention to increase the price. To avoid such unpleasant surprises, I would not recommend this hotel.
