Room was nice and clean, good breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff, close to everything.

It was a cozy and clean facility.

Located right next to the “Boat” restaurant which my family and I enjoyed. It was very clean and suited my family of 5 comfortably in the double queen, trundle couch room. I wished there would have been a pool available for the kids to swim.

It was so clean and easy access from the freeway. Great location and very well kept The parking was also great! The microwave in our room didn’t work. But I’m sure if I had call the front desk they would had taken care of it…I was just too tired.

Breakfast was above average and constantly being refreshed. Kudos to the two breakfast guys-they were e constantly cleaning, restocking and refreshing everything.

The location was prime, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff was much appreciated. There was a 3rd party booking issue that automatically rebooked my room from a double queen to a single king. Not the hotels fault, but we weren’t made aware until we checked in and went up to the room

Excellent service and nice, spacious room! The only issue is the AC unit is right next to the bed and get extremely cold. Otherwise it was a great experience and absolutely recommend!

We had to move rooms after day1. The level1 aisle smell like cigarette smoke all the way. We didnt like that. Also the shower was inconsistent. One room had full power on jet shower and the other room we moved to had very weak pressure. And there were no knobs to adjust a shower setting.

There was a bit of miscommunication at the beginning when we were trying to check in but the employee at the front desk was able to resolve the issue. Hotel room was very spacious and nice. Breakfast was good as well. Will be staying here again when future trips to Texas occur.

I always stay here when I come to see my doctor.. Doctor's office is close by hotel. It's clean and comfortable beds. Clerk was very nice. Little pricy but love the convenience.

Great customer service. Polite and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Hotel was in a good area. Not really a “didn’t like” but more of a suggestion: I believe a coffee bar would just be the cherry on top at this place.

Breakfast, though was horrendous but that wouldn’t deter us from coming back. It was quiet at night despite being so close to the highway. We wanted to have a drink at the bar but was closed which I celebrated 🙃 Showe water pressure was fantastic.

The breakfast was mediocre, and the shades did not keep out the lights from passing cars. The property is in ok condition…it feels a bit tired. The staff is attentive. Location is convenient but not walkable.

I gave a highly rated review for this property for a June stay. I stayed again in July and have downgraded my rating for this review. The on-line check in didn't seem to matter - I received the notification that my room was ready after I called and checked in and my request for no maid service during my stay was ignored. My room was cleaned when I requested no service both on-line and in person during check in and had the DO NOT DISTURB tag hanging on the outside of my door. I felt very violated. Is this the worst thing that could happen, no but it didn't make me feel any better. I had left all my work equipment out, my dirty laundry in a pile and my toothbrush out - I was infuriated. All the manager could do was to tell me that there was a "WELL" next to my room number, which meant to check. When I asked him how did that note get next to my room number when not only had I explicitly stated no service during check in I also had the DO NOT DISTURB tag hanging on my door - he had NO answer for me. My privacy request was ignored and I felt violated. This one incident ruined the rest of my stay at the hotel. Then on my last day I was locked out of room sometime around 11am when checkout time is noon and I hadn't checked out yet ... disappointing and unfortunate. I would still consider staying here again as the rest of the staff is great and I like the facilities overall. I just need time to let go of this violation of my privacy ...

cleanliness and the breakfast also we left some shoes and they were honest folks. we called and they had them... they released them to a family member so I didn't lose out on the 100 dollar pair of shoes I got my daughter.

I asked for extra bath towels and when I got them back up to my room there were some hair on them. The hairs were in the cloth of the towel I had to pull them out. This makes me doubt the sanitation of the hotel.

Property had been updated since I stayed here and thought it would be in better condition. Room felt very dark and dank with a constant musty mildew smell. The worst however was the big bug that crawled across my bed when I got in it! I won’t be going back.

We stayed at this hotel last year around this same time and we loved it. We wanted to be close enough to the Domain, but didn’t want to be in the high traffic areas. It’s a great location, the staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. We will very likely go back.

This is perfect for what we needed. Nice and new and kid friendly in my opinion! We were able to keep our baby in the pack and play in the kitchen/desk area so she could sleep peacefully which is a game changer. Will definitely stay here again!

While the hotel was off a main highway and easy to get to, the location was quiet and had foresty areas around. The room was spacious and comfortable with a well-stocked and monitored breakfast area. We would definitely stay again.

I will definitely stay here again. It was very clean. Our room was huge. Breakfast was hot. I liked it had a little bar for a night cap. I do recommend this place.

There is no housekeeping except every two days.

Everything was good except the cleaning was good but more attention is needed. I found a bunch of condoms “unused”.

This hotel was very clean and the rooms were soundproof - did not hear our neighbors. However... walking into the lobby was miserable. They have a foosball table almost in the middle of the lobby and kids were making a lot of noise. It was very loud and gave me a headache by the time I checked in (which was a slow process, also). That is why I have it a bad rating for comfort.

The check in was a breeze and the rep was very friendly, knowledgeable, and offered suggestions for our trip. The room was big, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was great.
