This hotel was so nice! The rooms are a comfortable size! We went here for a family graduation and the location was perfect too! The staff was super nice and helpful i would stay here again! The free breakfast was the best the kitchen ladies were amazing!

Upon arrival, the welcoming was great. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems.

The room was very clean, well- maintained and spacious. Kitchen has the basic utensils although we did not really need them. Breakfast was excellent. Above all staff members, those that we directly encountered and those who are behind the scenes have done excellent job. We’ve been to this hotel more than once and we make sure that’s where we stay every time we visit Austin!!

There was barely any Kleanex in the bathroom. I asked for it in the morning in response to Jill's (staff) morning text checking on our stay. We were assured it'll be delivered right away. But it never happened during our stay of two days. Otherwise it was a good stay overall.

My husband and I stayed at Homewood because we were celebrating our anniversary. I loved the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast had a nice variety. The staff were friendly. Especially the front desk staff. It was easy to check in and check out. We will be staying again.

We were on the side of the building pointing towards the highway and it was little noisy at night. Next time will ask the other side, it is more quieter.

Breakfast was good. Lots to chose from. The bed was very hard and lumpy. Expect better bed from a Hilton. Staff was awesome!

I was really impressed by the staff's communication and friendliness. I received a call during my layover before I got to Austin, and they told me they didn't have any rooms left with two queens. They gave me another room with a king without additional charges. They were so kind and accommodating. If I am ever in Austin again, I am absolutely staying there.

The room was clean. But didn't have the right amount of towels consistently. Every time the room was cleaned we would only have 3 towels stocked for the 4 of us. The staff was nice when asking for more pillows and towels though. The breakfast was ok. They have a waffle maker and the usual items such as toast, yogurt, and oatmeal.

After two days of our stay the HVAC stopped working properly. I notified Jenny and within minutes a Maintenance Engineer arrived. He completed his assessment within approx 10 minutes and Jenny. Notified us that they would need to bring in an outside service company. We were immediately moved to another room. Immediate service—much appreciated!

Excellent location with easy access to the highway but off the highway and quiet. The hotel is surrounded by trees and a pleasant location to walk the dog. Breakfast was really good. They were using a leaf blower right outside the front door when we checked in and it was so noisy we could barely hear the clerk.

The Homewood Suites in Austin NW near The Domain was absolutely terrific. We were a large family group, eight adults and four children in five rooms. The reception staff was competent and kind, getting us into our rooms quickly, which was important because we were arriving late at night and the kids were tired. The next morning's breakfast was terrific, with oatmeal (my favorite!), yogurt, freshly made waffles, really good cheese omelettes, and lots of juices and such. The pool was great: very clean, with comfortable seating around it. I would highly recommend this hotel to just about anyone!

Gym was a little bit of a letdown. Only had an elliptical, peloton and two treadmills (one wasn’t working) in a small room next to the pool.

Homewood Suites called the morning of my reservation to inform me that my reservation had been cancelled and they could no longer honor my reservation due to issues with their elevator. This caused a family gathering to be cancelled as a result. Very disappointed, given I had called the day (in the afternoon) before to verify our reservation.

Pros: The property and room were clean. Area around property seemed safe and no issues with parking. Front desk staff was friendly, check in & out easy. Free breakfast choices were very good. Cons: Although the property sits away from the highway, you can still hear traffic especially motorcycles and 18 wheelers driving past. Bedding had strong bleach smell, but were clean. Had difficulty drifting off to sleep due to tree branches scratching against our bedroom window, it was very windy that night. After finally falling asleep, I was awakened at 10:30 pm to repetitive thuds, and loud talking/yelling. Unbeknownst to us the property has a basketball ball court, the court was just below our rooms window. Due to the tree covering our bedroom window, I couldn't really see out of window very easily, but realized it was a group teenagers playing basketball. The thuds that woke me up were the basketball being bounced, and hitting the metal backboard and rim. The teenagers yelled, laughed and talked loudly while playing their game. Naturally I couldn't go back sleep until they quit playing about 11:30 pm. Definitely not a quiet location.

Delicious restaurant right accross the hotel at walking distance if you love seafood, it called "The Boat". Only downside was out of 5 days we stayed, 3 of those days, therewas a lot of noise super early in the morning, and the last day and a half there was no TV. Their cable went down, and they had no smart TV's so kids couldn't watch anything. But overall, cute hotel, very clean, great staff.

There was a shopping center right on the other side of the highway with many restaurants. However, I highly recommend "The Boat" restaurant of you love seafood. It's literally accross the hotel, you can walk right over. Amazing food!

Staff was excellent and the suite was spotless. The area around the hotel lacks light at night except for the front of the hotel. Recommend upper floor rooms since we heard our upstairs neighbors banging things in the bathroom alot. Breakfast was ok. Bit greasy but a manageable assortment.

The rooms need updating especially the bathrooms. My room was crammed with too much furniture for the room. The bathroom had a heavy bleach smell, and the room smelled like cooked seafood when we first entered it. I requested a shower no tub, and accessibility but didn’t get what I asked for.

This location is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. I left something attached to the back of the TV and, though out of sight, it was found after the first cleaning and turned in for me and the front desk reached out to me immediately. The breakfasts were very good and well kept. The front desk staff was helpful and kind every time we spoke to them. Will use this location again 100%!

This hotel was a last minute find and it was nice. The room was very spacious and clean. It had a nice kitchenette and a very nice size refrigerator. The hotel was in a good area and had easy freeway access for us to get around the Austin area. The bed was nice and it even had a separate seating area. Breakfast was pretty standard and had multiple options.

The location was unbeatable, nestled in a great wooded area, quiet and private. The hotel has a homey feel to it, very clean with comfortable beds, great hot breakfast and the comfort of a remote check in and the app key. They also have complimentary dinner and drinks on Wednesday evening and all day long coffee and hot cocoa. We will be looking forward to more stays at Homewood hotels when we travel. A hot tub?

The staff at check in and managing the breakfast and desk were very helpful and sweet. The breakfast stood out especially as being better than most hotel breakfasts, and I really enjoyed the morning they had the fireplace turned on in the lobby. The room was great for us, we had a suite and it was very spacious.

Everything was excellent except for the cleaning. In 5 days that we stayed at the hotel, they cleaned our room just once. We had to clean it for ourselves and do our beds the rest of the days we spent there. If you pay to stay at a hotel to take some days off, you expect to be served and not to do these tip of things.

Only very minor thing is we would’ve liked more than one hand soap for sink and shower, plus one of the shower dispensers was empty. Def was not a big deal. Another plus that when we called for extra pillows, they were delivered immediately. Love that this place is close to the Domain for shopping.

Hotel was great and so were the rooms but they never cleaned our room. Cleaning was every other day but our room was never cleaned.

The room & hotel were very nice. However our first room had a broken AC so we had to change rooms the next morning, which was not a big issue. We requested housekeeping on our 4th day, but it was not done. We were offered a $30 credit for the inconvenience, but we never received it. The major issue we had was regarding billing. Booked through Hotels.com so the price was fixed. My hotel bill copy upon checkout was correct except for the $30 credit. However we were charged an additional $195.05. We had additional charges & credits on our Visa card as pending, but they were never actually processed. Hotel claims the $195.05 was credited, but it doesn't appear on my card & was confirmed by Visa. Had to turn the issue over to Visa for resolution, as I wasn't successful trying to resolve directly with the hotel. It's unfortunate because it was a great room & location. We travel to Austin for 5-6 days quarterly & had planned to use this as our primary hotel, but will now look elsewhere.

Friendly staff, rooms were good size. The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star is because the pillows were awful and not enough towels in the room. The pillows look full but the minute you touch them they become pancakes, still have a kink in my neck days later.

Wonderful!! One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The staff was wonderful. The place very clean and quiet. Enjoyed the breakfast very much and appreciated the 12 pm checkout. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel staff was so nice and friendly. Explained to us the amenities at the hotel. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. My sausage patty was hard as a rock and very cold. I'm not sure they were cooked properly. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and the staff were so nice.

We want to return soon.

Nice and quiet, right off of the highway. Only gripe was getting back to hotel at night due to City construction on Mopac Highway coming from Southbound back up North causing traffic jam.

Complimentary breakfast was actually very good! Hotel was very quiet and clean. Staff was extremely kind and inviting. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy. Would stay here again.

Everything was good; we are not super picky. The only unlikeable things were that bath tub was draining super slow, and that there were no pool towels in the area, needing to use the room towels, then they were soaking wet.

Everything was great clean the room close to everything you need in a trip.

Very good for a whole family’s stay.

This place maintains its cleanliness. Check-in is super easy and quick. I love the free breakfast in the morning and although it’s not a huge selection , it’s still good enough especially since it’s free. You have the standard oatmeal, cereal selection, breads and bagels, yogurt, waffle machines, and some variety of eggs, Sausage, and potatoes for breakfast. It’s a great plus that you can always have access to free hot water, decaf or regular coffee all day too (though it may be cold or lukewarm by the evening time unless someone tends to it). It’s quiet and not super crowded and they keep the breakfast area especially clean. There’s always a fantastic lady who constantly wipes down the counters and tends to the breakfast area! I love the space of the separate bedroom from the living area and everything honestly is so well maintained and affordable for a family. It’s right across the highway from the domain too so the location is perfect.

Convenient location, minutes from the Domain , safe ,calm area. Great ,helpful staff. Our air conditioner did not work when we got to the room. We value that our air conditioner issue was resolved quickly. The only thing the portable ac unit was noisy.

Every thing was very good..except for Breakfast meats..there was only one choice of Carnitas..Sausage or bacon would have been nice.

I had a very good experience here, as it had all of the things you would want in a hotel when you have a small child (quiet, clean, free breakfasts, helpful staff, easy parking, etc).

The manger and staff were amazing. My reservation thru Expedia was for a 2 BEDROOM SUITE, unfortunately Expedia did not communicate that to the hotel and the entire area was sold out. Still waiting on my refund EXPEDIA! The hotel staff was wonderful, i love Homewood suites, but idk about this app anymore

The boat just walking distance from hotel is great for dining and live music.

We only were able to stay for a little over 12 hours but I certainly wish we could’ve stayed longer…but early morning flights are a thing and they suck! But for the 12 hrs we were stayed here it was everything you see in the pics and better!

Great place to stay. This this the first hotel that I have stayed at that had a wonderful breakfast options. The carnitas were amazing.

Folks were very friendly, breakfast was fine (by hotel free breakfast standards). Room was ok - a little dingy, but the bigge rissue was it was located right next to an entrance, so the sound of guests opening and letting the door slam shut all night was awful.

Great location and friendly staff

The check-in service was impeccable. We enjoyed having the larger room with a separate sleeping area and the affordable inclusion of pets. There was some highway noise but this was alleviated by the fan, which was a perfect, consistent hum. The AC ran well. It was a perfect home base for our trip.

The customer service was excellent. Our check in was fast and efficient. The breakfast was good and had great variety. Overall we had an excellent experience.

Place I like to stay at in Austin. Great location near the Domain and downtown Austin.

A last minute booking for one night. Very friendly staff and clean. Very clean . The mattress could’ve been better but I did get a good sleep. Will definitely consider for future trips.

Room was cleaned every day even though they said it would be cleaned every other day which was nice. Breakfast was good and fun it changed every day! Everyone was really nice and helpful. The washing machine and dryer took cards which made it easier than trying to get quarters.

The property was very clean and nice. Always smelled clean in the hallways. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful. I was in contact with the front desk on my way to Austin, she responded very quickly and was able to accommodate what I needed. I enjoyed my stay.

However, a lot of small overlooked details bothered us: the refrigerator door opened toward the wall instead of the kitchen area, our tub drain had a clog, and the bathroom wall had coffee or a soda spattered all over it leaving a clear silhouette of the person it was sprayed at ...it made us laugh, but housekeeping shouldn't have left it.

Wow wow wow. What a great hotel! I loved my family vacation here! The room was fantastic, the staff were kind, helpful and very attentive! We were in close proximity to a gas station, grocery store and lots of shopping. This hotel is located directly off the highway but we couldn't hear a single peep except for the beautiful songbirds in the morning. The laundry facilities were clean and easy to manage with the laundry app (CSCpay Mobile) and the hotel had single use Tide for sale for $5. The breakfast in the morning was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever seen, with proper healthy options like fresh Chia pudding and overnight oats along with hot oatmeal and yogurt. Other options included bacon and eggs, and fresh croissants. There is a great water dispenser in the fitness room which tasted fresh. We used the fitness room to walk on the treadmill but there isn't much room to do anything else. Dumbbells went up to 35lb and there was a bench but unless you're only doing cardio, you won't get much of a pump. Totally fine as there are many gyms closeby. I normally stay downtown when I visit Austin (annually minimum) but after staying here I won't ever stay anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone, especially families who are looking for suites with separate bedrooms.

Hotel was convenient and very reasonable price. It was clean, breakfast was good staff was friendly. My only negative feedback, you could here traffic and quite a bit outside noise.

The man at the desk gave my team the key to our room (shared) even though the account was booked only under my name. I really didnt like that. The hotel is not easy to get to and the road to it and its parking lot were too dark for us (4 girls ). Otherwise it was quiet and the rest of the staff was friendly. They have a good hot breakfast. And my team like the sitting area outside the pool area.

The only issue was with the bath tub which did not drain properly and held water for a long time.

This hotel, although a little off the beaten path, was such a welcome respite from the bustle and traffic of Austin. There was enough kitchen equipment to cook for a week, although we just indulged in the excellent breakfasts and ate other meals out. The front desk staff was SUPERLATIVE - so welcoming and helpful, and, as always, Hilton has anticipated just about everything! Thanks for a wonderful stay! 😘

The room was clean and comfortable and came with a full kitchen that sported burners, a full fridge, and even silverware! I could happily have spent many more nights here without having even to go out and eat. However, there was a restaurant within walking distance. The area was quiet and I did not see any reason to worry about my safety or the safety of my vehicle.

Amazing hotel and great services were provided.

Accomodations are outdated, but more importantly felt dirty and had a permanent bad smell.
