The hotel is generally well-liked for its unique, vintage atmosphere and convenient location. Guests appreciate the friendly staff and cleanliness. However, there are recurring issues with room amenities such as air conditioning and refrigerators, and some guests find the rooms small and beds uncomfortable.

Cute place. Spent one night with my grown daughter and did some shopping at the Domain.

My favorite hotel. Close to everything shopping, restaurants.

Chris at the front desk was amazing really enjoyed our stay! Would stay again.

This didn’t feel like a hotel, it felt like an experience. It was absolutely beautiful!

My husband and I live in Austin but stay at the Lone Star at the Domain several times a year to get away from our children lol for a night or 2. We love EVERYTHING about this property - the staff, the amenities, the location to shopping and food trucks. Plus, we get to bring our Great Pyrenees, Murphy with us and he LOVES it too! Highly recommended!
- 5/5
We love this place! Great location, staff is amazing, plenty of things to do in the area and the rooms are amazing.
- 5/5
The hotel has a beautiful interior patio suitable for all ages.
- 3/5
Not a bad place, dirty floors with bugs crawling around. Bathroom sliding door is loud and you can hear next door neighbors and people outside. Food and drinks was expensive at the restaurant with slow service
- 5/5
This is one of our first choices to stay when traveling to Austin.
- 4/5
The hotel was great, and I’d definitely go again, but they need to address the mildew or damp smell in the rooms—getting rid of the carpets would help. The staff were amazing, though the snacks and drinks in the mini bar were a bit overpriced. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty and plentiful, and I thought having food trucks at the end of the parking lot was a really cool touch.
- 5/5
Nice concept, in the city yet feels secluded. Steps away from shopping and dining. Coffee right outside the gate is amazing. Loved the fire place with post oak! All the snacks and drinks in the room are tempting.

the place have unique atmosphere, very peaceful the rooms had double bed size and not a queen size bed and it’s make a big difference,

Jonnie at the front desk was so incredible! So friendly and very kind. He took the time to explain what was what and where everything was. The first night we were there our waitress was really sweet and very attentive and our meal was so yummy. The pool area was really nice, we enjoyed being in the water and listening to the live music. Afterwards, we enjoyed the late evening by the fire. The weather was so nice and it made the evening very enjoyable. Breakfast on Sunday morning was not what I thought it would be. I sat outside for about 20 minutes with no one helping so I decided to go inside, I sat at a table by the bar to be noticed and I still waited about 30 minutes to be waited on. I was alone and there were three groups of 2 or more that got there after me that were waited on before me. It wasn't until another table next to me saw what was going on and mentioned something to the waitress about no one helping me. The food was okay, the coffee was yummy, I ordered a mimosa, which I never got but I did get my ticket before I even got my food. lol. I probably won't eat breakfast there again but everything else will continue to take me back!
- 5/5
Hate to say this….. Please fix the restaurant… . Hard to believe its connected to the hotel. Bad service, dry food. The manager let us sit there and ignored us even after checking on a table 2 away from us. 20 min later the bus boy saw us waiting. No bueno.

Great atmosphere in the middle of Austin! We sat outside by the fire places and it was quiet like we were in the country. The staff was great!
- 5/5
The staff was amazing the room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The bar was nice and the staff again very friendly.

Chris B at the front desk was very helpful and comped our room at the second hotel along with our charges at the Lone Star Court. The Lone Star Court grounds were wonderful, and the amenities were great for the short time we were there.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities and a full refrigerator. Front desk staff was helpful and the restaurant on the property had delicious food and our waitress was great.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at so far. I travel a lot and have stayed at a lot of different places, but Lone Star exceeded all my expectations. Fell in love with the place the minute I pulled up; it just had a different vibe. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was squeaky clean, food was delicious; it was quiet, peaceful, calm, everything I wanted! The TV in my room was not connecting to the internet for some reason and they offered me a different room when I called to ask at midnight! Special shout-out goes to Chris who was at the front desk in the mornings for helping me with any concerns I had, and to Ms Winnie at The Water Trough for being the most caring and attentive and taking care of my food in every way!
- 5/5
Very nice place, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Clean property with nice pool and bar area,

This is a fun property that just feels like Austin and the Hill Country…but tucked inside a multi-use development. This was the last leg of a long weekend trip we took to celebrate a milestone birthday while showing the Hill Country to guests visiting from Canada.

Great location in Domain area and property was great!
- 4/5
Retro style hotel, so a bit different but everything you need. Softish beds, which I prefer. In common with many hotels I can't understand why, when you use a bath robe, towell, or face cloth once, and it's removed immediately, seems a waste. Best stocked fridge I've ever seen - at a price, of course.

Excellent service! We were allowed to check in early with a $30 fee. They give you a bottle of water and/or a nice cold beer after you check in and make sure you know where everything is and what’s happening in the property. Super cute vintage western rooms, we loved it!

Only place I stay when in Austin. Every single person I have interacted with at this property have been amazing.

great stay and kind workers

LSC is located at the Domain, which is perfect for anyone who is planning on some great shopping while staying there! It also has tons of awesome restaurants in the area- some within walking distance, which is always a bonus. The pool area is enclosed in the beautiful patio area that divides both suite buildings and the Water Trough was so beautiful and cozy when we had breakfast the day we checked out! I unfortunately didn’t get our server’s name who attended to us, but he was so great and got our delicious breakfast out to us quick while attending to guests sitting outside and getting to-go orders ready. 10/10 service all around! I definitely recommend the Lone Star Court for your next stay while in Austin! Chris, you were a lovely human! Words can’t express what a delight you were! Thank you so much for the perks and conversation, we will be back soon! ~956 About the property? No complaints. My only complaint is that our stay was short!

I loved how open it was and had a bar with fire pits as well. It gave the Texas vibes here for my first time in Texas this should be a staple. Maybe the noise it was very loud outside and I can hear it in my room but that be the only complaint everything else was amazing very open rooms which was really nice.

Guests should not have to pay $19 per day for parking, and not have to download a clunky app to pay. This was a real negative in an otherwise good stay

Five stars, love the vibe, retro hotel room, beautiful pool, outdoor common areas are picturesque and park like. S'more fixings are provided to use by the many fire pits located across the property.
- 5/5
Amazing front desk staff that was very helpful with any available upgrades. Rest aunt and bar staff were also very friendly! And the room and property was very clean and great.

The pool area is stunning, plenty of places to enjoy the the views and I love the rocking chairs outside each room. This will be my home away from home each time I visit Austin. Perfect for families and seriously, just an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. The onsite restaurant was ok… I went for breakfast and was charged about $8 more than I anticipated because their prices on the menu aren’t updated to what they actually charge and the staff didn’t care to fix it or address it. The breakfast (biscuits and gravy) was terrible (hard biscuits, gritty eggs). For dinner we had a charcuterie board and fries and that was lovely. The drinks were all good too. Overall, I’ll just walk somewhere else for breakfast in the future.

The hotel has a lot of character, and I love the retro vibe of the room. It was very clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom and shower. The outside common area looked like a great place to hang out and had several firepits. The staff was all very friendly.

They charged me over $228 for mini bar when all we took was a beer. Even the beer was taken off because of the AC issue we experienced. So when we checked out the lady at the front desk said all we had to pay was for the room which was going to be $278. Then later in the day they send me an additional invoice for $228 for mini bar. I called them and was able to get it sorted but I am not sure how something like this would happen.

The hotel was unique. The breakfast was slow because of limited personnel. The biggest disappointment was the a/c in my room. I couldn’t set the temperature. It seemed to be permanently set at 75 degrees and alternating between what I set and the “permanent” setting through out the night. The room was too warm overall. When I mentioned the issue when checking out I got a luke warm response—didn’t seem to take it too seriously.

Mo was excellent at check in. Treated us with the utmost respect. The candle fragrance smelled incredible in the lobby. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was amazing.! Our room felt like we were living back in the 50’s with a slightly modern twist. The water and root beer were very good. The ricking chair outside of room was comfortable and the fire it at night was great! The hotel is within walking distance of everything we like and we are congested back soon to stay again!!!

I had a great stay at the Lone Star! The room was huge with a large (and honestly competitively priced snack/mini bar situation). The bed was SO comfy, I melted right in. The bathroom was nice and bright and spacious as well. It was chilly when I stayed but the courtyard seemed really nice with fire pits and a pool. The main restaurant was open at convenient hours, and there were a few food trucks at the other end of the hotel. The front desk was helpful and nice, too. Overall, I really liked my stay here and would come back.

Have stayed here many times in the past and it was always one of my favorite hotels. This time was rather disappointing. In the past year, they changed their parking from being free to being $27. As soon as I checked in, I turned on the TV and got a “no signal“ message. It took three phone calls to get a hold of someone to assign maintenance, and after 25 minutes of waiting, I was finally able to get the cords properly reattached and working again on my own. A few minutes later, I found a small bug in the bed. It did not appear to be an actual “bedbug“ so I decided to continue my stay, though it did concern me a bit. After these items, the rest of my stay was pretty great and uneventful. But all of this happening within the first hour of my check-in did not set a good tone.
- 5/5
The room was really cute and stocked with everything you need. The small fridge in the room is a nice amenity. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean.
- 5/5
Loved the Texas vibe and the campfires love the smell of burning wood very cozy rooms were very clean at first. I only booked one night but decided to book a second night after the first. Parking
- 5/5
Clean , good attention
- 3/5
Overall the property was beautiful. But when we got to our room we found the heat not working. The low in Austin was 50F. After someone who said they were maintenance arrived, we found out they knew some of the rooms at the hotel had heaters that did not work. So they had knowledge that they were not working, but put us in them anyway. Not a very guest focused thing to do.
- 3/5
Rooms were good, but it was loud with the courtyard. Especially since there was a wedding one night.
- 5/5
Overall the stay was he location which is walkable to shopping, room was amazing, and staff were great! I would stay again. The only negative about it was that breakfast wasn’t the best. However it didn’t matter since the domain and other food establishments were only a few feet away.
- 5/5
Didn’t have breakfast. Enjoyed the stay and the convenience of this place.
- 5/5
Location and layout of the hotel were great. Parking and access to hotel was convenient and easy. Staff was professional and friendly. Food at the restaurant and bar was delicious. I would stay here again and already recommended this hotel to several friends and family.
- 5/5
Everything was great. There were a group of young kids running back and forth on the second floor. For hours. I had to call the front desk twice until something changed. Management took care of the problem.
- 5/5
This place was awesome! Very clean and fun atmosphere. The rooms had a lot of character and had really comfortable beds. The bathrooms were great and had the best smelling soaps and shampoos. Manager, Leon, and all the staff were friendly, personable, and helpful. Any time we asked about the area, they were helpful with directions and recommendations. The location is perfect and you’re able to walk to so many shops, restaurants, coffee houses, and salons. I would stay here again!
- 5/5
Location great , place was terrific.
- 5/5
Staff. Courtyard.
- 5/5
Very modernized county chic hotel! Everything about this place was great! From the drinks, to the fire places, it was all phenomenal
- 5/5
The staff is welcoming and helpful. I stay here every time I visit austin - it’s close to a lot of fun, they have live music some nights, and lots of outdoor space to hang.
- 1/5
Assigned room had not been cleaned from previous resident. The next room we were given had a broken AC unit. Had to move to a 3rd room. Staff was fantastic and very accomodating.
- 4/5
Great atmosphere, love the outside. There was a kids sports tournament there so it was a little loud. Our room was across from the band that also played till 11:30. Love the place but may go elsewhere next year.
- 4/5
I love this boutique hotel. It’s always clean and has a fun and bright vibe. Within walking distance to all the domain shopping and restaurants.
- 5/5
Nice quit place to hang out with the wife .
- 5/5
Great rooms!!
- 5/5
Clean room, great service. Only dislike is the paid parking.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, comfortable beds, super cute property. Really enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Did not try the food. Everything else was great.
- 5/5
Cute ambience and very clean.
- 5/5
What a great cool hotel in the Domain
- 5/5
Great stay as always
- 5/5
Friendly, helpful staff. Fun and different room. The fridge is great! Dinner was good. We didn't eat breakfast.
- 5/5
The staff were so friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our meals and cocktails were delicious and we loved walking out from our room and having so many options for gathering and enjoying our time together. Loved all of the fire pits and seating…it felt like a resort!
- 5/5
Staff was top notch, and the property is absolutely gorgeous.
- 5/5
Everything was great except breakfast. Service was slow, food was cold, had to get up multiple times to get condiments and even my check
- 2/5
The beds are not comfortable for anyone who has a bad back.
- 5/5
Hotel is beautiful. Great location. Staff amazing!!
- 5/5
Amazing stay as always!
- 5/5
Such a fun hotel!!!
- 5/5
Wonderfully pet friendly! and the staff are always amazing at Lone Star Court!
- 4/5
convenient and quaint. unique.
- 4/5
location is great, staffs are friendly; had to pay for parking, the room is not physically stable ( right! every step i made always make the whole room shake. AC is noisy. pools and firepit are great
- 4.5/5
Walking distance to Q2, perfect for visiting MLS fans Keep the pool open later!
- 5/5
We love this hotel. It is conveniently located, family friendly and offers great customer service. We love that there is a bar and restaurant onsite, and love the pool and outdoor space. We have visited twice and will be back again!
- 5/5
Just the parking was to expensive, 30 to stay one night
- 5/5
I had a great time and would return to Texas just for this hotel. The room was unique and awesome, the food in the restaurant was great, and the other guests were really welcoming . I would just recommend that the bartenders in the restaurant try a little harder to make conversation with guests.
- 4/5
Overall it was great, but paying for non-valet parking was dumb. The service at the restaurant at breakfast was slow. They seemed to be understaffed. We’ll be back for sure though!
- 5/5
This is a nice boutique hotel that was enjoyable.
- 5/5
What a fun hotel. The room was very comfortable. Just be aware that the room is stocked with alcohol. I didn’t realize this. I was with a recovering alcoholic. It was kind of a rough situation having it right there. So just be aware if you’re with or are a recovering alcoholic or have teens with you that may or may not sneak things. They also offered us a beer at check in. Which was awesome! But not in the company I was with. That was on me for not realizing it. But it was a really fun place. And aside from the stocked refrigerator that was undoubtedly a stressor on my companion, the room was really great! We both really loved it.
- 5/5
What a little gem this property is! It’s quiet and secluded somehow, while also being tucked into the Domain shopping, dining, entertainment area. On site restaurant and bar are very good as well. Staff are friendly and professional. The property is very well cared for. Loved our stay and will likely return next year.
- 5/5
Friendliest staff ever. Awesome location and loved the overall vibe.
- 5/5
Only hotel we stay in Austin
- 5/5
Super cool concept. Tall buildings hid the Austin city feel and felt Hill Country-esque. Super family friendly. Lots of kiddos running around. Not ideal for a couples retreat but we still really enjoyed the atmosphere and room. Staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuine. Great place! Will definitely go back!
- 5/5
Everything about the property was amazing. The rooms were adorable and different from your regular hotel chain. Complimentary Lone Star beer upon arrival. Check-in staff was amazing. Dinning staff was great. Atmosphere inside the property was light hearted and fun. All around I would stay here again.
- 5/5
We love Lone Star Court! It’s the perfect hotel for Adults, kids and pets! It’s our go to hotel in Austin.
- 5/5
It's alwats a ganrastic stay!
- 4/5
The team! Totally stepped up despite the circumstances (a major water leak that forced a building change). They were amazing and super attentive to make up for the inconvenience. And also, the restaurant is incredible!!! Trust me I am a French woman ! The building on the street side really needs a makeover! It smells bad, it’s damp and unwelcoming, and the bedding definitely needs to be replaced. The building across the way is perfect though
- 4/5
This is our go to place to stay in Austin, we have stayed here four times. The conditions and service are often hit or miss. One time we stayed at the room had a very distinct mold smell and a wet ceiling, brought it to their attention and they nothing and didn’t offer to move rooms…sometimes I have had really pleasant interactions with the staff and other times they can’t be bothered. But the overall laid back/homey feeling to the whole place keeps us coming back. Food and drinks at the hotel are expensive IMO. Parking situation is not great and it is sometimes difficult to get in and out of the location. It has is distinctly hipster Texas vibe. Watch pricing and always book refundable because their prices can change drastically at the drop of a hat.
- 5/5
Staff and Service was STAR.
- 5/5
very quirky, texas-vibe property with big rooms, big bathroom, well equipped (great towels, stocked fridge, etc) it's a nitpick, but when you walk around the room, the metal beds sometimes rattle or hit against the wall (not sure which). but this is a real nitpick :)
- 4.5/5
The reviews saying that it's far from downtown are accurate, however if your trip is not based on any events downtown and you have a rental car this area is nice and quiet.
- 5/5
The grounds are fantastic...a live oak oasis in this retail center with outside and inside bars, rocking chairs by rooms, fire pits (for when it's cool). Room was spacious and equipped with snacks and full fridge mini bar...more than any other hotel I've stayed at anywhere in the world. We'll equipped shower. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice and friendly during my stay. I’m embarrassed to say I did not get the girls name who worked in the restaurant and brought me my food, but she was very nice and friendly. Lourdes, the head of housekeeping, it was also very nice and friendly. Everyone there really makes you feel comfortable and at home.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
You feel like you’re in a resort out in the Hill Country but you’re in Austin at The Domain! Very cool retro vibe. Great happy hour and food! Everyone has been so nice! Live music on Saturday. Nice pool.
- 5/5
Bar and restaurant were great and the staff even better. I will stay here again.
- 5/5
Great stay! Loved the pool, bar and outdoor fire pits! Everything was so convenient.
- 5/5
always stay here when in the Austin area. Totally love this place
- 5/5
Beautiful property
- 4/5
The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board was the smell of the cleaning products when I got to the room. It was so strong that it stung my nose and throat. Other than that, the place was great.
- 4/5
Very unique boutique motel. Choose a room downstairs with the walkout to the pool & outdoor bar area. Rated 4 stars for these minor complaints; the rooms seemed super humid, outdoor bar closed too early at 9pm (started packing up at 8:30), no pool service (towels were gone at one point), and menu at the restaurant was pretty limited. Every interaction with staff was amazing.
- 5/5
D
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The amenities were great as well. They offer complimentary drink upon check in, they have a fully stocked fridge in the room and the prices weren’t terrible. The pool is nice, but it would be great if there was a couple more chairs or loungers in the pool area. Other than that, the service was great and I am over all happy with everything.
- 3/5
We've been staying here for years whenever we come to Austin, however it's beginning to show its age. The a/c unit made horrific noises in the ceiling. There were large water roaches in the room. The mattress and pillows had no life in them. I don't need a firm bed, but some support would be nice. The worst is you now have to pay $25 a night for outdoor self parking which is not mentioned. they used to give hang tags in your car to show you were staying at the hotel since the area has a busy nightlife and parking is a premium but now everyone has to pay.
- 4/5
Front desk ladies and the bar people were outstanding! Some areas of the room needs to be clean (caulk) properly, forgot my toothpaste and charger and couldn’t find any! It would be clever if they had some for sell. Woke up to a huge cockroach and told the front desk and they kindly offered me a drink, same as they do when you arrive. I would deff come back but for it being such a high rated property it can be improved
- 2/5
There is now a charge for SELF parking of $28 per night! Make it make sense, SHAMEFUL
- 3/5
Really cute hotel overall - the fun retro style and vibe attracted me to book this place. But it looks much more appealing on paper than in reality. The beds are small and uncomfortable, as are the linens, and the space just didn’t feel clean.
- 5/5
This is a Beutifull project, clean , confortable, ubicated in a great location
- 5/5
Everyone in the complex was amazing. From the lobby staff, to the guest services, room service and the restaurant staff every one of them was amazingly friendly. Hotel is amazing, my room was amazing. Pillows could use some work, bed can be updated s little but everything was comfy, AC is silent which is a first, and the hotel scent is hypnotic and great. Will definitely be back. Location is great, next time Im jumping into the pool.
- 5/5
Very cute property. Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Parking was over priced!
- 5/5
awesome property, we'll be back!
- 3/5
This was our go to spot, but it was dirtier than I remember it being (inside the room). Also, there was ALOT of ruckus outside our room late at night that the staff wouldn’t deal with. Also, parking used to be included in a nights stay, and it suddenly a whole separate charge. I found that a bit ridiculous
- 3/5
I booked two rooms with double beds. When I checked in we were told those rooms were not available and “it’s Expedia or a third parties fault.” He offered the king with a couch, then the manager quickly jumped in and offered the roll away bed. We agreed only because it was 9pm, we were not going to get anything else. We booked two rooms to celebrate my son’s graduation and so it was a bummer we had to sleep on couches and roll away beds. Just tacky and uncomfortable. The manger gave us breakfast coupons and when the beds were delivered they set them up and made the beds very nicely. The grounds are nice the rooms are very clean, it was almost great.
- 5/5
This place is pretty cool…not your typical hotel. I like the vintage vibe and enjoyed the live music at night. We walked to restaurants and shopping, so the location is super convenient. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay for parking on top of the hotel rate, which is around $27 per night, including tax. You will enjoy staying here.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room, friendly, competent staff. I love their onsite bar and restaurant, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of many other bars and restaurants. I've stayed there multiple times and I'm looking forward to staying there again.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
The court yard and room
- 5/5
Loved our stay. We will definitely be back!

- 5/5
Such a cool vibe, cool and warm at the same time. Very kind staff, everything was convenient and quality. Several little clever surprises, overall great experience.
- 5/5
Stay here every time I’m in Austin. So great! My favorite
- 4.5/5
Great outdoor spaces and we like the location close to a dog park and some other restaurants and cafes. The live music at the restaurant/bar is nice. Pool is welcome in the summer. They're dog friendly, and the service is excellent. They've started charging for parking, which is unpleasant and should be included at these room prices. I also don't like that they charge some sort of resort fee, though at least they make that worth a credit at the restaurant, so if you have a couple of drinks, I suppose it breaks even.
- 5/5
Cool common area and comfy rooms.
- 3/5
The bathroom was listed as "accessible" but had NO BARS The other room, not listed as "accessible" DID have bars. Go figure Accessibility
- 5/5
Lone Star Court's one of my favorite hotels. This was my second stay for business. The staff's always friendly and the hotel grounds are kept clean and beautifully groomed. The room was comfortable, clean and had all amenities.
- 5/5
Really nice. It was perfect walking distance to Q2 stadium for a concert we were attending. Friendly staff. Lots of shops nearby and an easy drive to downtown and south Austin. We don’t have kids, but it was family friendly a few families with kids staying. Great for all travelers. Clean, quiet, and we would def stay again.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient to shopping and has a nice casual but cool vibe about it. Will definitely visit again!
- 5/5
This is a property that exemplifies how to take care of their guests. Front desk and hotel staff made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Everyone displayed an attitude of how can we “say yes” or help you with your stay. Genuinely top notch service.
- 5/5
Truly an unexpected find! We have traveled ti the area gundreds of times iver thenyears and this is a spot we will definitely stay in again! So easy to check in and out, quiet, grest staff, amenities offered all the comforts ir home, and the food onsite was perfect for breakfast. Fantastic pool, loved the big porches and rocking chairs. We stopped in for a quick day trip, and will be back.
- 5/5
Very nice place to say. We loved the design and it had great amenities. Would recommend a stay.
- 5/5
We've been staying at LSC for years and won't stay anywhere else in Austin. Great atmosphere, fun rooms, we love it
- 5/5
Beautiful property, the grounds are like a little oasis in the middle of the city. Room was very comfortable. Great bar and restaurant on the property. Steps away from shopping, dining and night life. Full size fridge in room with stocked bar. Highly recommend!!
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay hereThe property and outdoor spaces were amazing
- 5/5
Loved it!! Such a cool and beautiful spot!
- 5/5
Hard to get around and park - not hotel's fault
- 5/5
Will be back!
- 5/5
Will definitely be back
- 5/5
Charming, retro-style place with a welcoming atmosphere and is a great location near shops, food trucks, and within walking distance of Q2 Stadium.
- 4/5
Bfast got cold waiting.
- 5/5
Always a great stay at Lone Star Court! The staff is amazing! They are always so kind and attentive. The location is walking distance to shopping and great food.
- 3/5
Came for a conference. Visually interesting but would prefer to stay elsewhere in the future.
- 5/5
This hotel is so quaint and next to great shopping and restaurants. Staff at the Watering hole were fantastic. Made my birthday very special.
- 5/5
Minor but noticeable.
- 5/5
The atmosphere is retro and very inviting! The location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants.
- 5/5
The hospitality team is incredible. You feel welcome from the moment you walk into the lobby.
- 5/5
Always a great stay!
- 5/5
Such a perfect Texas vibe. Hilarious to be able to toast marshmallows on an open fire literally at the Domain.
- 5/5
What a great property for the price and location.
- 5/5
Such a cool, laidback oasis in the sea of retail that is The Domain.
- 4/5
Set up
- 2/5
On day 1 it was hot and we needed AC. It originally worked and within an hour quit working. When ai called and reported it I was advised that it would be fixed in about an hour. An hour later, they called and said the service person was not there and that it would be another hour. It never got fixed. The next day the temperatures dropped and we needed the heater and that also did not work. I ended up checking out early in the morning so I can get some warmth.
- 4/5
I like the concept of the hotel. It is great for groups or even solo travelers as it invites socializing. I would have liked to have known there would be construction on the property before booking. A lot of construction workers on the property during the day, even on weekends (I stayed 2 nights, checked out Monday morning.) I would have appreciated some free water. When you check in they offer you a drink (beer, water, or root-beer) and they do not tell you they will charge you at checkout, which is odd as it is worded as if they are gifting you the drink when you check in. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you are a light sleeper, the walls are thin and you can hear other guest or the courtyard noise easily.
- 5/5
But the real treat? The freedom to channel your inner mixologist! You can craft your own cocktails inside your room and then stroll through the property, exploring hidden nooks and crannies while sipping on your custom creation. Whether you’re unwinding by the fire or discovering new corners of the space, there’s something uniquely inviting about the whole experience. It’s rare to find a place where you feel completely at ease walking around with a drink, soaking in the vibrant energy. We can’t wait to bring our friends along and dive into this hidden gem all over again! Definitely a spot to keep on your radar if you’re looking for a little escape within the city.
- 5/5
valentines evening!
- 5/5
Very comfortable beds. Amazing staff.
- 5/5
Great place! Loved it
- 5/5
Awsome place with a great atmosphere and wondeful staff. Rooms were very comfortable.
- 4/5
It was a good stay the only issue was they have a hangout area outside that played music till 1100PM every night. Not a fan at my age i guess
- 5/5
This was the best hotel stay I have ever been to. The hotel was beautiful, cozy and just lovely. All of the cute detail was amazing.
- 5/5
This hotel is phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hung out at the Water Trough and had dinner. The ambience is amazing in there. Once we finished dinner, we sat in the courtyard by the fire pits playing Jenga. The room was fantastic and well stocked. No detail was missed. We will definitely be back and look forward to visiting other Valencia properties.
- 4/5
Cute novel stay. Great customer service. Noisy with repair work all day
- 5/5
It was a great experience
- 5/5
Love the decorations and vibes here, and the nightly music and fire pits to enjoy when weather is nice
- 4/5
Cute rustic decor, huge property with potential seating options. Many of the outdoor features were roped off and/or under construction which was disappointing. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Interesting hotel. Good location for NW Austin. The Domain. Nice pool and grounds. Rooms are large and clean but kind of odd. I don't get the SMEG refrigerator in the room. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed and linens.
- 4/5
Construction hampered our experience because it was an eye sore and loud in the mornings. The blocked off walkways made navigating the property cumbersome and inconvenient. Our room was comfortable and had a great mini bar! the bathroom featured a barn door style siding door which is not ideal.
- 5/5
The Lone Star Court is a nice, friendly and great Austin hotel.
- 5/5
A delightful stay was a great experience for our group. Great community areas and activities helped foster connection. Also wonderful restaurants only a walking distance away. A little construction was going on while we were there, but nothing that diminished our good experience.
- 5/5
Great hospitality, wonderful hotel with nice garden area. Loved the live band, breakfast was good, bar very comfortable. Loved the hometown feel of snacks, Cracker Jack, and turquoise fridge in the room. Quite a walk from restaurants and bars but it’s walkable.
- 5/5
I like peace and tranquility of the property. I did not like that the beverages within the fridge was outdated. Spoke with front desk concerning this issue. Did not purchase any items because of that.
- 5/5
Great location and very comfortable stay
- 5/5
Our stay was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
Picked up room spray and hotel shop. Very loud with adults and children out enjoying the courtyard past midnight. Slept with bathroom fan on and AirPods in.
