The whole hotel needs an upgrade, popcorn ceiling still? Furniture and countertops are from the 80s or older.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Room was clean. When you flushed the toilet it made a horrible screeching sound that lasted 30 seconds. You could hear it outside. I do not believe it was just our toilet.

Hi, I’m really disappointed with my stay. The bed was in very poor condition — it smelled bad, was ripped, and the mattress had visible stains. This is not acceptable, especially for the price paid. It did not meet basic cleanliness standards. I would appreciate you addressing this

Great location and the rooms were clean. Get a room facing the front- the train comes by just after midnight.

I was on the first floor, and it was close to the front and side entrances. The hotel was very close to the Domain, where we were searching for a new place to live. We got a King Suite, which provided plenty of space for my husband and me. I also love that the room had a bathtub. My feet were quite sore at the end of the day, so it was great to soak them. There wasn't anything I didn't like about the facilities. I just felt it was a bit tricky getting to the place with the way the Mopac Expressway is developed. You have to make U-turns in different directions to get to the hotel.

Room was clean and very friendly staff. TV remote was not working and the front desk replaced it on the spot. Close to highways and restaurants.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, had to check out after only 2 nights. Despite having purchased the additional protection specifically for this type of situation, my claim was denied, and I was charged for the full week anyway. This experience has left me very disappointed in the hotel's billing transparency and protection policies. I would advise future guests to be wary of their 'stay protection' as it did not honor my request for a partial refund

Well maintained. Reasonable prices

I love the full breakfast and the fact that it is close to the Domain area. I also love the fast that the property is always clean and the staff is always professional. Some parts of the room like the tiles in the floor in the bathroom on the 4 floor could be remolded and the tub renovated. I was trying to remember the number if you come from the elevator it will be on the right side in the middle of the hallway.

Location When we checked out we wanted to split the bill as we had instructed when we checked in. The female desk clerk informed us that we were already checked out with one card and did not offer to change as we requested. We were the only ones present and she did finally change to splitting when I insisted.

If you like extra firm beds this is the place for you. If you require anything softer than concrete you’ll not sleep very well. Breakfast was nice, hotel was clean & tidy. The pool was sparkling clean with towels easily accessible. The property was well maintained. For an older hotel you can tell it’s been maintained and updated as needed. Overall I would recommend if you are ok with extra firm mattress.

Love the place, clean, spacious, excellent breakfast. I will love to give the 5 star BUT the attended at the front desk ( check in) was no helpful. I was attending a game at Q2 stadium asked about shuttle or UBER, his answer was NO and ignore me. I think the hotel should be aware of the event around and prepare the staff to provide some help

We’ve only been here a couple of hours and the noise from the highway is unbearable. The beds are uncomfortable but I guess you get what you pay for.

The TV and the shelf came tumbling down on my husband when he lightly leaned on it. The tv and shelf were not secured properly. We were unable to watch TV for the evening. The TV screen said no signal. My husbands arm was gashed by the elevator door when it accidentally closed on him. He has very thin skin and takes blood thinners. Other than that, it was okay.

They upgraded room because it looked like our deadbolt wasn’t working properly is the reason we give it a 2. The breakfast wasn’t good, don’t know how you can mess up eggs and biscuits but they did it well. The hotel is next to a train track that wakes you up every couple hours during the night

Easily served its purpose for a quick biz trip to Austin where I spent much more time out/about than at the hotel where I needed quiet and comfort...which it did well. There are some signs of wear/tear but it's clean and the staff are super friendly. Easy parking, easy on/off of highways.

None of the ice machines worked. I have stayed here every year to facilitate the State Track Meet. It was an inconvenience when I have to stop each morning at a gas station to get ice. The front desk did not have an answer on why there was no ice in the machines.

Quick and easy check in process, the Austin Domain area is fantastic! One thing I’d love is if they creat a back road to go to the shops on domain! But fantastic area

The room we stayed in needed some attention. Toilet paper holder was hanging at an angle. The sink was falling away from the vanity top. There was no tray in the microwave. The room had a funky smell. The room was noisy. Not a good experience.

There are no usb outlets in the room. Killed a giant cockroach in the bathroom the last morning of my stay. The internet connection was not good.

I asked front desk for a bottle of water because there is no ice machine. The Hispanic lady was very nice about it, but the white lady who worked on Saturday gave me a gripe and did not give me. The room has not been vacuumed well, so my dust mite allergies kicked in. Shower head was broken. The location is very deceiving. Close to the Domain but there is a rail track and cannot cross. One way street goes opposite direction of the Domain. It takes 8 minutes drive to the Domain.

The carpet and the room smell like wet carpet only stayed at Friday for a couple hrs and left and got a new hotel

This property was excellent. Very clean and no weird smells. Check in was a breeze. We had the handicap room and everything was easy to get around. Definitely would recommend and stay again

The TV didnt work in my eoom nor was there a ohine to call down about the issue... The good part was when I called the person immediately gave me an upgraded room. He was excellent!

Good room, Jay at front desk was super helpful and friendly. Our only issues were that our room was not cleaned or checked for need of new towels. Also no fan in bathroom. It was nice property and very quiet.

The room I got first water shower wasn’t hot then I went to reception and I was transfer to a second room and the same problem and heater wasn’t working either, one again I went to reception and finally the young woman gave a good room.

No issues with my stay. Close to Domain, but you have to drive over. Fence surrounds the property so must drive over but it’s very close.

Ok I stay from Saturday to Sunday and half way through the night the heater cut off and the room was freezing. Me and my partner were both very cold throughout the night. I checked it I. The morning and the thermostat wasn’t working at all.

All the workers I have come in contact with are so helpful and so nice this hotel is number 1 of all time best hotel I have stayed at and the nicest

The property was decent. The location was on a dead end turn around, so access to the freeway was a little inconvenient. The beds were not super comfortable. Other than that, the property was a little dated but not in bad shape, clean. Everything seemed to work in the room. Nice breakfast served.

A little tricky to find, this is actually a bit of a hidden gem. You CANNOT walk to the domain, but its just around the corner from the best place to park for it. Staff was more than helpful. Great all around.
