I stayed at The Hava Ubud this past March, and I loved it so much that a few days turned into almost a 2 week stay!! For me, the location was perfect -- just outside the Ubud city center so it was peaceful and quiet but only a 5 min scooter to the bustling Ubud city center. My favorite part was the daily breakfast package with fruit, pastries, a main, and variety of drinks. It was delicious, I loved the peacefulness eating in the courtyard, and I never worried about getting Bali belly eating at the hotel's restaurant. The hotel wasn't very crowded at the time, so they upgraded my room and I really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool. The room was clean, spacious and the staff left thoughtful touches like folded towel animals, flowers, and fruit. What really made my stay extra special was the staff as they were super friendly, responsive, and helpful. Special shoutout to Tini who was extremely kind, thoughtful, and helpful with all my questions from my first day and all throughout my stay. It was a near perfect stay for me and I think it was a really great value for the cost. The next time I'm in Bali, I'm definitely staying at The Hava Ubud again!! The only feedback that I have is to make sure that all the staff communicates clearly and leaves thorough notes for each other. There's a lot of different people who work here on different shifts and it seemed like there were times that not everyone had the same information and weren't aligned. At the beginning of my stay, there was a miscommunication with my airport transfer (it was the day before Nyepi so I know that transport availability was limited) but the staff really made a big effort to make it up to me by offering complimentary services all throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. Regardless, it was a near perfect stay for me and I think it was a really great value for the cost. The next time I'm in Bali, I'm definitely staying at The Hava Ubud again!!

Hava Hotel is truly special. A treasure of a hotel in Ubud, it feels like a luxury resort. But what sets this hotel apart is the heart behind it. The staff (Ratna, Peggy, Yuli, Fajar, everyone!) greeted me every day with such warmth that I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The restaurant is exceptional, the pool is beautiful, it's paradise! Without a doubt, the best hotel I've experienced in Ubud, and I will absolutely come back!

The vibe and the design are cozy and comfortable that even just sitting there was so great. Super friendly and helpful staff made our stay truest like home. The location is a plus, especially if you plan to Alchemy Yoga center, just 1 or 2 min away! Would love to stay again when we return to Ubud. Nothing, everything was just perfect.

Excellent location, beautiful property, excellent restaurant! There was a machine noise that was almost constant in the room.

The staff were exceptional!! Very attentive to guest needs. Best customer service I have ever received. The hotel is stunning and very well taken care of. Hotel has 2 restaurants within it which are both great. I will definitely rebook again. Nothing it is literally heaven on earth

My stay at Hava Ubud was truly wonderful. From the very first moment, everything felt calm, welcoming, and beautifully arranged. The atmosphere, the thoughtful design, the cleanliness, and the peaceful surroundings created a very special experience for us. Everything during our stay was perfect. The room was comfortable, the environment serene, and the whole place has a beautiful, calming energy that made our days in Ubud very memorable. I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ayu and Astari. Their warmth, kindness, and attentive care made our stay even more special. They were always ready to help with a smile, and their genuine hospitality made us feel truly at home. I was traveling with my 6-year-old son, and it meant a lot to see how happy and comfortable he felt during our stay. The room noise from the neighbors was challenging for me. Not enough insulation between the rooms.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room and lovely pool area I wish there were water stations available so you can refill your water bottle. Also, breakfast time was heavily staffed but the later afternoons/evenings seemed short staffed

Location is fantastic, located on a quiet , cute little street right next to Alchemy Yoga which is very convinient. The facilities, the pool, the staff are all great. Reception staff are very kind, polite and go out of their way to help. I left my credit card in a souvenir shop nearby and left the hotel to go to another town. They ran to the shop for me and got my card back and returned it to me safe. The breakfast was very disappointing, I am only mentioning this so that the management is aware and fixes it because it is a shame for a such a great hotel not to have great breakfast considering the level of it all over Bali. There is no good coffee, the menu options are standard but quality is very surprisingly bad. I saw most guests there went out to BGS coffee shop next door to grab coffee as it was not possible to have in the hotel . The TV in my room, all the channels were freezing every 2 seconds, but other than that all is great

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff exceptional. We enjoyed all the wonderful smiling faces to greet us every morning in the dining room. Thank you Awan, Tari, Arie (our driver and walking leader)Gunah, Ratna.and many others. Coffee could have been hotter.....Capuccino would have been a nice option.

Beautiful resort, very friendly and professional staff, one of the nicest stays in the area, close to restaurants and shops which is a big plus vs other nice resorts - they also offer a shuttle to the center, excellent breakfast - very accommodating for gluten free and dairy free and they always ask for allergies, nice pool. They are very thoughtful about a lot of details and always trying to improve. Rooms are modern, comfortable, nice furnishings and decor. Also nice to have a gym. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Room lacking natural light but the artificial lighting is well designed. A drinking water refill station would be nice, they do provide 4 small glass bottles of water per day but would prefer to refill whenever needed.

A reasonable choice for breakfast, Food was very fresh, well presented and tasted great. Situation was a 10-15 minute walk from the bustle of downtown Ubud so quite handy for exploring town and all that is on offer. Staff were very attentive. The spa special 2.5 hour service was truly amazing. Beds could have been more comfortable - I think the mattress needs turning!
