Parking place. Nice and basic hotel. Staff at reception could be more accommodating.

location was convenient to walk to centre of Ubud there wasn't enough lighting for the desk where i needed to work on my laptop. and there was no chair for the work desk. i had to make-do with the table from the veranda. the swimming pool didn't have the water filter on. anyway, there were a few guests who were in the pool with normal attire rather than swim suits so i didn't feel like going into the water.

FRIENDLY employee. Each room looking to the CORTYARD with pool. GAZEBO in the garden is so nice to rest and feel the nature. Comfortable BED. Locaion is adequate to buy or eat food, shops and cafes around, also a Temple :) Poor WIRELESS. No INSENCE against mosqitoes in the terrace. MOLD around the sink and mirror, mirror having weak lighting. Also need of bar hanger as extra. No access to electricity from the DESK, also need of lamp and a stool. Longer curtain holder will be practical when you leave the wooden door open, better if windows slide to have FRESH AIR. (Most of the rooms have sliding entrance) To put one flower in the room may be a welcoming gesture :). LOCATION is not next to the Monkey Forest as it is mentioned, but noisy street; which is also not safe physically for WALKING or riding on winding narrow road, weak or no side walk.

Great Location!. Room has everything you need, a dresser/closet, hot water pot, outside space, comfortable bed. Super friendly and helpful staff. staff confused about booking and getting refund for the nights I was not going to be staying.

Plus the outdoor area is nice , pool area and pool itself are quite pleasant Too many ants in the room , bed had some wood bags too . Bathroom area looks too old. No place to hang clothes not in the room not outside of it

Only half an hour walk from the main Ubud village. Pool area looks great. Lots of mosquitoes in room on arrival. Main door lock difficult to lock/unlock. Shower head broken and water spraying all over bathroom unless on lowest pressure. White fluffy MOULD rapidly growing all over wall in room, made me ill! Staff were not empathetic. Rooms very dim lit, making it hard to notice mosquitoes and rapid growing white fluffy mould!

We really liked this place! In a great part of Ubud with some amazing eateries within minutes - Alchemy vegan restaurant, Non wholefoods cafe, Kemulan restaurant for amazing traditional Indonesian food, Black Sheep for excellent coffee. Pool was lovely. Room was clean and shower had great pressure. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Good tv No restaurant, no bar, pool didn’t look clear, Street was unsafe to walk, staff barely spoke English, had to pay cash, no eftpos.
