What we saw online didn’t meet our expectations

Gede was very helpful and quick to respond. The cleanliness - the sheets had stain marks and the bathroom drain was very dirty.

The shower head was leaking and dripping. It was pretty loud and we even put a towel under it on the ground to quiet the noise. The AC was moldy and was stinking when it was on, we decided to open the doors instead to keep a cool breeze in the room. The space itself was lovely, but need some renovation. The tiles in the kitchen bench was broken and falling out.

Privacy. Since we took a villa, we expect privacy for the family and this villa provided it Understandable that it is an old villa, but at least they have to maintain to some repair of the Villa Main door ( it is very challenging to close it ) , they need to cut the grasses on the pool area and trim the plants . The place is nice but need proper maintenance.

I love the location, close to good restaurants, walks and yoga studios but it was quiet. Once you walk in past the main gates, the noises from outside don’t affect you The room was spacious and comfortable. Huge bathroom with unlimited hit water

There was a small problem with plumbing, it leaked in the bathroom any time I used the bathroom tap - so just the plumbing is a bit tired. Everything was fine enough…until one of the workers started hitting on me, women travelling alone and being friendly with conversation with staff does not mean that they are open to remarks like ‘what time are you going to bed’ nor does it make it okay to put their hands around their waist and give them a ‘squeeze’ I was having a lovely time until that happened - I love Bali, I love being in Ubud, I enjoy Balinese culture and people so I was annoyed when that happened

We stayed in the veranda sweet closest to the road. Great lighting, lots of windows, has a spa attached-basic but good, wrap around porch is great, big and open space, amazing desk in front of a mirror. Overall perfect for our needs to spread out and work at the same time with my partner. I never made it to the pool area. Great location too Our unit needs a new AC unit. It works but very noisy. Some noise from the road, septic smell in front of complex and a bit in our bathroom. One of the veranda doors couldn't open which was very silly.

In reality I was expecting something different, the place is not what it looks like in the photos and it lacked cleanliness.
