Location is good Swimming pool area nice Staff super nice Wi-fi was not acceptable for a place marketing themselves as a co-working hotel - in the room wifi was unreliable ranging from 2 mbps to 100 mbps Your hotel booking doesn’t include co-working Wifi access, which I thought was crazy Given that wifi in the room was terrible they did give us access to co working wifi, but it only works on a rooftop so you can’t work from the comfort of your room Bed in the room was squeaky The room has glass doors - which means the mornings are super bright. They have curtains on outside doors but washroom doesn’t and all the light comes in from early morning (photos show) Rooms has uneven weird floors

Was really happy with the rooms. Very clean and fresh, with easy access to the pool! Also really great WiFi which was useful since I was staying while working as well. Loved the community and events that were going on during my stay too.

I loved how clean the room felt! Typically you encounter lots of bugs but here it felt so clean The echo from the pool/kitchen can be a little loud at times but otherwise not too noisy

Outpost Ubud Penestanan was clean and cozy, comfortable rooms, peaceful surroundings - made it easy to unwind. Free Wi-Fi was strong throughout the property, which was super convenient. I especially loved the warm, welcoming vibe and great mix of people staying there - felt like an instant community. I'd definitely come back

The staff is definitely the best.. Also rooms are quiet and no much noise.. shared kitchen works perfectly The only I may say is that I felt the room a bit smelly at beginning (due humidity) but immediately the staff offered me a dehumidifier which solved my concern.

Amazing and clean room, the Host team is so kind and speaks English perfectly. Nice community and introduction in the WhatsApp group of the Outpost community, which helped me a lot to make friends and find information as a new person in Bali. Fast and good Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this Hotel, perfect value for money.

Outpost was wonderful and I highly recommend it. It's super clean, chill, the design is beautiful and the staff are lovely and accommodating. I would definitely stay again!

Staff are so friendly I’ve come back here a few times with my partner Great location Rooms are lovely and peaceful Property is so lovely Can’t check in before 2 is very strict compared to other properties who really tried to accommodate us arriving earlier. We notified the hotel of early arrival a few days in advance but look it wasn’t the end of the world we understand but just would’ve liked to be able to go to room at 1 instead of having to wait 2 hours

Modern, hip and well equipped, right next to Alchemy and their cafe which are some of my favorite places There was definitely a mold issue in my room which gave me a cough and went away as soon as I left

The place is an amazing quiet sanctuary in the middle of busy Ubud with some great restaurants around. It has good facilities and a great coworking space on the rooftop The only thing we did not like were the bed sheets. The bed and the sheets are clean but feel a bit humid due to the high humidity.

Probably the best place I stayed in Bali, and having co-working available 24hrs a day really helped me as I was working UK hours. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming too. I loved being across the street from Alchemy for yoga and beautiful food, and the main areas were just a short bike ride away. N/A

Close to Alchemy restaurant Like a card house. You hear everything and everyone. In the night, I woke up from a strong smell of poo coming from the air con. It was terrible!!! Also really bad.

The hotel is very well situated in Ubud, near cool restaurants, cafés & Alchemy, and it's super convenient. The rooms are clean and quite big, and the beds are big & comfortable. I like the vibe overall, and it gets pleasant when it's super sunny outside, as the floor tiles keeps it cool. The staff is really nice and helpful. I know the weather isnt the hotel's responsibility of course but the humidity levels in the rooms gets a bit too much when it's raining outside. I got cold in the room with a lack of light combined with more humidity due to the heavy rain. Some carpets on the floor and maybe some blankets for these kind of weather would help feel more comfortable.
