Smells of weed everywhere... room had spots where it wasn't cleaned and was sticky... no one came to clean despite my request at front desk

Location and dishwasher. Very overpriced, Springs wore out on mattress, dirty room, the thing running the front desk, parking is a nightmare, very thin walls can hear everything your “neighbors” do and say, auto light in bathroom shuts off while in shower.

The hotel was really new and modern, but there was no breakfast and no amenities. There was a cat cafe and some nice restaurants within walking distance and close access to Highway 7.

Nice , clean

The room was filthy. I had to borrow a broom, dustpan and cleaning spray to wash the entire room, including the bathroom. The staff didn’t seem the least bit concerned.

Check in was late but other than that it was excellent

Clean room, excellent staff

This is a very barebones place. It’s pretty clean but not spotless, and smells strongly of cheap cleaners. The workout room is good but not really usable because it serves as a privacy room for phone calls. I found the bed comfortable and clean. The towel situation was odd: no hand towels but plenty of clean bath towels and washcloths. As far as toiletries they left some shampoo and a bar of soap. They refresh it every 14 days if you stay there that long, so the soap and shampoo are just to tide you over until you can get to the store. If you plan to use the kitchen you need to bring absolutely everything. It’s empty. But very functional. The staff speaks very little English but are as helpful as they are able. Not a bad deal for the money.

Location Registration did not understand how to register guests. Room filthy, not cleaned between guests, last guest clothing still left in drawers, common areas covered in mud from construction workers/guests. Lots of drinking in common areas, evidence of drunken guest problem as door to one guest room broken in half by drunken guest.

They don’t tell you in the add that the cookware , dishes and coffee maker are all $30 each extra for a total of $90 + tax I will not be back.

Clean and good value

The bed was very uncomfortable and the people above me sounded like they were coming through the ceiling.

The parking lot had not been plowed. I have handicapped issues. I almost fell twice. I'm going to the office that was not open even though the hours said till 9 and I was there at 830I can go on. And on I have videos, I have pictures. And I'm very upset about this. And I hope it will be taken care of a s a pnot be an issue getting a refund. Please contact me ASAP. Thank you

I believe the facility needs to give families with children a first floor room. They had been at the hotel for 3 weeks so I’m pretty sure a room on the lower level would have been possible to find.

The parking lot was not watched because the people who were staying there parked wherever they wanted to. And that included the handicap spots.

Minimalistic look and feel. The room layout was great and the shower water pressure and temperature was good. The desk layout was also good with power available. No iron available in the room. No breakfast or coffee. I realize this is by design and the low cost but still we have been good to have it or a notification saying you don't. Also was awaken by the room next to me having loud sex.

My room was not cleaned. There was hair in my shower.

Nothing else. To make things worse, the hotel staff gave my package to another guest, who stole it. We had to file a police complaint.
