The room was very clean, but the parking lot was extremely full, and there was almost no space to park. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. After driving for 20 hours, I asked if there was any possibility of checking in early. I completely understand that the rooms were still being cleaned, but the way the situation was communicated felt rude and lacking in courtesy. A more polite and respectful response would have been appreciated.
- 3/5
The room had been renovated on a budget but it was sufficient for what I needed. The parking lot was a complete nightmare. There are clearly families living in this complex who have multiple vehicles parked as I could only find one open spot and some areas had people double parked. The staff was very nice and friendly the surrounding area was great - very convenient.

Clean. Coffee maker but no coffee necessities like coffee lol. Heat didn't work had to get night desk "kid" to fix it aka plug it in. Elevator was slow & buttons didn't half work.

The price was good.... that is the only benefit to staying here. The hotel smelled awful, and the internet was slow. Drunk people were fighting downstairs. No staff were available to stop it.
- 4/5
it's ok

I purchased a room for my employee so he had a place to stay cause I brought him from out of town I paid for in advance and when he got there, they wanted to deposit, but they didn't accept cash so they wouldn't give him the room so he had to sleep in his car so we canceled the room for the next day. I mean I can't believe the room was paid for, but they wouldn't let him pay cash for it for a deposit for essentials the room was completely paid for so I definitely want my money back.

I didn’t like that the trash was pilled up in bags in the hallway. It’s made the hall smell so bad. I didn’t like the bed wasn’t of any quality. The staff however very friendly. Not my type of hotel to stay in. But it’s very convenient far as the area.

I loved the staff however this looks like one of the crime hotels on the first 48. I did not feel safe at all. Lots of noisy neighbors. I did like the young gentleman that checked me in and I liked the housekeeper the next morning. the experience period.

Price was decent Construction workers staying at the hotel were playing extremely loud music right next to my room outside until midnight for both my nights. They were screaming and partying and it took a while for me to sleep. Front Desk did absolutely nothing to stop it.

- 5/5
Was excellent and extremely informative
- 4/5
Need to clean the ice machine
- 4/5
great place for construction people working away etc
- 4/5
The place was nice. The parking lot was VERY VERY FULL of large construction trucks, so limited parking and had to park far and carry a lot of bags far. The rooms were very clean, halls were clean. Front desk staff was very nice. Biggest issue was the halls smelled like Marijuana everywhere.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean & spacious. The staff was not very friendly. It was nice having a small kitchen but shocked to have a coffee maker with no coffee provided or soap to wash dishes.
- 2/5
Not clear that they would charge extra for a pet! The place and staff were mediocre at best. Smoke alarms going off at midnight was a real downer.... due to cooking in the units which is allowed but obviously not property vented -- this happened the week before someone else said.
- 3/5
The towels are thin towels, but do an ok job to dry.
- 4/5

Everything was great besides front desk. A simple: “Hello, how are you? I’ll be right with you in a moment” makes a lot of difference. Ignoring guests is not a good thing. And if you are part of the staff and see a guest standing don’t ignore them and walk away, say something like: “have you been helped? She/he would take care of you in a moment”
- 3/5
It would of been nice if there was coffee supplies for the pot. The room was very warm and we had the heater off. The same garbage (literally) was in the elevator for our whole stay. When we first came to check in we had to practically jump over a hose and puddles because they were power washing . When we had to leave abruptly at 4:30 am because my husband got sick, I had to shove my key under the window door thing because there wasn’t a basket for the keys. It also would of been nice to have a couch or something for us women who have hot flashes.
- 5/5
The stay was wonderful. A convenient location for the activities attended.
- 4/5
**Extra blankets, extra pillows, and extra towels in the rooms would be nice but can all be accomodated from the main lobby**
- 5/5
I liked the fact the facility has a kitchenette very convenient. My room was nice, clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Very nice and helpful and pleasant to stay
- 1/5
We are not happy. we checked out early would like to get credit for unused days. But it is very difficult to even communicate with customer service.
- 4/5
It was a pleasant stay AC/Heating unit was working fine and the bathroom was neat. Bed was also pretty clean
- 1/5
Dirty
- 3/5
Additionally some of the other guests were partying in the parking lot until fairly late, while my room wasn't on the same side that they were I'm sure it would have been annoying if I would have been across the hall. The party goers also left behind a large amount of trash and empty beer bottles. Again I would have liked to informed management but, I never saw another hotel employee. So if you need a cheaper place to stay that's adverage and you aren't picky about trash and partying this will be a great place for you. However if you are not easy going and chill I would say choose somewhere else.
- 5/5
very comfy beds, small bathroom, great staff, very clean
- 4/5
This is a fine basic extended stay hotel. There was a bit of a musky smell in the hallways. The room is laminet flooring, most likey for easy cleaning, because we all know extended stay folks can be a mess. The kitchenette was stocked well. The folks at the desk were super nice. Overall an 7 of 10. Its basic but exactly what I wanted. The bed and pillows were awesome.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff throughout. John the Night Auditor was extremely accommodating.
- 5/5
Ok long term place large fridge and 2 burner stove
- 1/5
They required a $200 deposit which too much for a hotel room
- 4/5
Huge king sized bed, comfortable. Wooden floors in rooms instead of carpeting. Fitness room needs more than the very heavy weights they had - lightest dumbbells were 25s.
- 2/5
The room has a kitchenette with some basic stuff. Has a full refrigerator, which is very noisy and had to unplug it during the night, since I was not using it. The A/C unit is a throw away. Makes ALL sorts of noises and every time is starts/stops it will wake you up.
- 5/5
The place was clean and quiet. The room was large. The kitchen was a nice touch.
- 1/5
Do not book through Orbitz
- 4/5
Easy check in friendly staff convenient location. Only complaint was the room was very small
- 3/5
good value for an extended stay hotel, clean, adequate amenities, good staff.
- 3/5
the staff that was working on the desk was very rude, not very helpful...not coming back to this place anymore
- 5/5
It was just one day and I very much enjoyed my stay. Thanks
- 3/5
Need to replace shower and toilet both leaking on floor
- 3/5
Everything except Queen size bed is not a Queen size smh
- 5/5
Stay was like a home , great big room having all kinds of facilities required for family stay
- 1/5
The AC sound we’re very loud I can’t sleep, because of the sound that comes from ac is very disturbing
- 5/5
clean, everything we needed, with nice decor and friendly staff
- 1/5
Horrible staff. The manager is rude and doesn’t attend to a single guest need. They cancelled my reservation with no notice to me. Horrible. Smell of weed and loud noise all night. Gangs in the parking lot and shady people in the halls all night. No security at all.
- 5/5
Great staff nice laundry room
- 5/5
Great value compared to other properties in the area. Rooms are small but are well supplied with amenities. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Facility is quiet with lots of free parking and a large mall is less than a mile away. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Close to good food places, spacious. Needs more pillows
- 4/5
Shouldnt there be somebody at the front desk at all times?
- 4/5
He offered to upgrade us to a suite unfortunately it was smoking and none of us smoke but we appreciated the gesture. The room was just what we needed to rest comfortably. Location was great near the mall and many food options there to choose from. Very pleasing experience!
- 3/5
The room is small for the price and the fridge is too small for a family staying for mor than a week like us. staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is not serve like other extended stays.
- 4/5
Really liked the designated place to smoke. You were able to talk with guests and still smoke.
- 4/5
Disappointed no breakfast. Beds were good, ice and soda only available in lobby. Not on third floor. Location was good.
- 4/5
close to areas I needed to be for work and other things like restaurants and entertainment
- 5/5
I was not disappointed at all. I got the type of room I had requested. Staff are nice and helpful.
- 5/5
It's a great hotel. The employees are very friendly and the rooms are clean. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
- 5/5
Cool and quiet, super friendly night check in.
- 1/5
I wasn’t able to check in due to overbooking
- 5/5
I am happy that is was just a outside of the Washington DC area. The price was great.
- 3/5
It could have been better services and they did not give much information
- 1/5
I would like it if the hotel didn't cancel my reservation when I got there and I had no where to sleep at midnight...
- 5/5
nice
- 5/5
Room and location. Pleasant staff and quiet neighborhood.
- 5/5
It was great the room was nice and comfy. Very convenient near places we had to go.
- 1/5
The room wasn’t cleaned up and the bathroom was dirty.
- 2/5
The room itself was clean. Bathroom was outdated. And someone left their work boots right outside the room.
- 3/5
It was ok. No coffee some mornings at the front. Only one person to help. There were ants in my room. Was currently moving from Louisville Ky to the area had to stay extra days due to the weather. The rate for the room increased each day. Was not happy with that.
- 4/5
solid choice for the nova area.
- 2/5
The hotel was bare bones. Didn’t have high expectations for a $69 “special” but carpet was worn & balance was 1-sqft tiles from the 1960s. TV was all analog channels. Bed was ok ... very firm.....like a sheet of plywood was under the mattress (didn’t see one). The highlight of the night was 12:30am when I heard someone put a keycard in my door then open my door. If not for me using the door bar I would have been face-to-face with an unexpected guest.
- 3/5
No coffee packs in the room although they provided a coffee maker.
- 4/5
Great service.
- 3/5
This room had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. Something did crawl from the sink in the kitchen. Which made me not want leave anything out. Otherwise it was quiet for the weekend- no noise during my stay.
- 3/5
Strange people roaming around the place. But I know extended stay places get a different crowd. Room was OK. Bed comfortable. And it was quiet.
- 2/5
It took awhile to wait for front desk staff after ring the bell (walk away from the desk).
- 1/5
Coffeemaker but no coffee, water would not get hot in shower.. lukewarm only, microwave shuts down after 2 min of use and all the front desk could say was let it sit awhile and it will come back on eventually
- 4/5
It was ok........,.......
- 4/5
There was no Wi Fi.
- 3/5
parking is awful in the later hours, most non main doors don't work to get back into the building
- 5/5
People working at front desk have been really helpful, who lent me a scale for me to weigh my luggage for my parents’ international flight! They were friendly and always ready to help!
- 1/5
Smell out in the hallway. We id not receive clean towels when we requesting. In the shower the water would not drain. One one mirror in the room. Bathroom floors were dirty. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone
- 4/5
The kitchen can use an upgrade and bathroom .
- 3/5
A 3 night stop over, not sure I’d want to stay any longer. A very dark room with no net curtains meant you couldn’t have any natural light during the day.
- 3/5
Smoking smell in non-smoking room. I guess they clean smoking and non-smoking clothes together
- 3/5
Good enough to stay there, but walls could have used a wipe down and vanity was a bit wore out.
- 4/5
Affordable, convenient to airport.
- 3/5
The rooms at the hotel are very small and outdated. They only service your room 1 time a week. Since they are an extended stay. The appliances are old and the heating and air conditioner is an old type window unit that is noisy. The staff was very nice, but’s I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that has a choice.
- 3/5
Smelled like cigarettes even if we were in a non smoking room. Bed was very uncomfortable
- 2/5
Nothing special. No breakfast, no hair dryer no kleenex, no pen and paper. Room was just ok. Chairs were stained, floors stained. Will not stay again.
- 1/5
Flop House bad place to stay and over charged me $20.00 and where very rude about it. Very rude young man that worked nights and there Sunday morning when I checked out.
- 2/5
We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
- 3/5
Good location. The room was out dated and the beds were small. You got what you paid for. Nothing fancy about the rooms.
- 4/5
The accommodations were quite decent. It's located next to a Walmart and Sams Club which made buying food to prepare in the kitchen area that much more convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were clean and tidy. The two things that I did not like were that the plumbing in the room seemed suspect as gurgling sounds were heard from the sink in the kitchen area when the toilet was flushed and it would have been nice to have had a couple of more pillows. Also the kitchen sink did not have a garbage disposal. Overall, I felt safe and the experience was a good one.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
The staff was really nice and helpful. We came from la to Virginia due to a death in our family
- 5/5
I went to check in the afternoon. I did not go to the room until night time I went to my room and it was a mess. I went back down and the manager gave me a upgrade room. Very nice. 😃😃
- 4/5
