    I checked in and checked right back out. As soon as I walked into the room there was a terrible odor inside. The carpet and linens were in terrible condition. 5-10 minutes after walking in I noticed black spots on my feet’s skin. I take a closer look and there was black bugs that jumped off as soon as I tried to touch to see what it was. I immediately collected my things went back to the lobby and asked for a refund. I have never experienced seeing fleas in a hotel room even an extended stay. Absolutely horrifying experience.

    It was conveniently located The room smelled so heavily of cigarette smoke that every one of our belongings reeked afterwards. The shower was dirty. Car alarms going off in the morning. “Breakfast” was not even continental.

    The location The property seemed old and rundown, all handicapped spaces were taken and the front desk clerk watched me struggle with the huge unwieldy baggage cart to load my things, offering no assistance. The bed looked like it was a double, the skirt was dirty and the room smelled like smoke and mildew, which was strange for a non-smoking room. The refrigerator looked like something from the ‘70’s and made noise all night. Couldn’t charge my phone with my USB charger unless the lamp stayed on. All in all a bad experience.

    Yes, the front desk agents is like they don't care that your guests and the strong smell of Marihuana in the hallways. Also, the elevator wasn't working it took a week for them to fix it. The "breakfast" nothing like the picture that they have on website

Never stayed at an extended stay so not sure what to expect but I’ll definitely be staying someplace else

    The room was nice but the entire hotel smelled of smoke . My room was on the first floor and I had a non-smoking room. However, you couldn’t tell when you walked into my room because it smelled like smoke, the lobby smelled like smoke. Smoking should not be allowed anywhere near the building, but unfortunately there were people right outside the front door smoking unfortunately that made the stay not so pleasant for me.

    We booked in advance two double rooms as there were 6 of us including 2 children. We arrived after a 5-6 hour drive in the evening and were told there was only 1 double room and second was a room with a queen bed. While we informed this was a disappointment that we were not communicated about it, they said expedia contact credentials mentioned against our booking prevented them from doing this. Please correct this experience to help us continue with Expedia in the future.

    The staff were all very friendly and helpful as they could be. I was very surprised that my room was so unclean. The bathroom had roaches, roaches crawling under the beds. The kitchen wasn’t clean and the carpet was severely stained. The microwave had food in it as well. No cleaner rooms were available. I was offered a new room and it was worse than the one I was in. The stove didn’t work properly. The sink pipes were leaking water. They did spray for bugs. I received a portion of my funds back after showing them pictures of all the issues.

    It's a really nice place. It is central to almost everything. Excellent restaurants and shopping are within both driving and walking distance. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. My favorite part is that I travel with my dog and the place is clean and very pet friendly.

    Our room had pop bottle caps, beer bottle cap, and other trash under the bed. The floors were not clean. There were bugs on the counters in the kitchen as well as the counter, tub, and floor of the bathroom. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

    Honestly the young lady at the desk had a rough nice last night. When I called her on the phone because I had mistakenly went to the wrong location, she was loud and yelling on the phone and I was just confused. Once I was able to deescalate it and go to the right location it didn’t get much better. She was much nicer in person which was great. But there were so many issues with the rooms. She gave me rooms twice that had already had people in them and I seemed like a creep knocking on rooms that were already occupied at 12am. I had to keep lugging my luggage around the hotel as we tried to find me an unoccupied room. I finally get situated in a room on the second floor instead of the third floor. I’m finally able to eat my cold dinner and get ready for work in the morning. As soon as I get the shower turned on and unwind I get a knock on the door. Turns out the room was also assigned to someone else as well and I had to move AGAIN. Again the lady was very nice and had a language barrier and was doing her best. I moved rooms and even though I was frustrated i remained calm and polite because I work in the service industry. I was finally able to get into a room and rest. Now it’s a bit past 1am. I was so tired from the room switching and confusion that I ended up missing breakfast. I just don’t feel as though my experience was great and would really like my money back. I’m sure this isn’t every single guests experience here, and I’m sure it was a one off situation.

    It wasn’t that bad for one night. The lady that was there that night was nice checking in was smoothly. Wish they had hot breakfast but its just a grab and go. We got a queen bed but it didn’t look nothing like a queen bed but hey at less the bed seem clean. It had a kitchen but the microwave and some areas in the kitchen was dusty or not clean and but bathroom fan made alot of noise when turning it on. However ill stay here if i have to again.

    One of the most enjoyable locations in the west side of Northern Virginia: main hwys are very accessible but the hotel is not on the freaking on-ramp, a welcomed “feature.” Parking is great, staff have been nice. There’s shopping and food within walking distance, a huge plus if not living in a car is of interest.

    The people turned out to be really helpful, they understood about my little mishap, i turned on the heat an made the fire alarm go off. Scared myself but let them know it was me. Met a few really nice people onw with this awesome Shelby Ford an another from London, England who was biking across the states, had a good trip an awesome stay. Thank you very much, didnt see much of employees cause it was late an early morning when there.

    The outside of the building appeared fine. The lady at the desk was polite and friendly. The room smelled like someone had be smoking in there daily for months. There was an odd red stain on the rug. We ended up leaving and not staying the night because the smell was so offensive. The manager called me the next day and offered a full refund. I do not recommend this property for anyone with sensitive lungs.

    The elevator was down and unfortunately that day I was limping so I will not be able to climb up the stair. I asked if she can put us on the 1st floor or even on the 2nd floor but still she puts us on the 3rd floor.

    Hotel was very dark and dingy. Bathroom floor was peeling up. A used toilet sat in the hallway for both days I was there. The last night of the the stay the A/C in the hallway caught fire at 2:30am filling the hotel with smoke.

    It was ok. Room was fair. One light is not working have a stain on one of the table. Very little toiletries given considering we are booked for 2 nights. Overall it was still ok. Quiet and comfortable stay.

    Staff was rude and unhelpful. Was not told in advance when check-in was. When I arrived too early, was told I could not check in yet (even if I was willing to pay the early check in fee).     My stay was ok. However, the smell that hits you upon entering the room is very unpleasant. Luckily, I thoroughly sanitized the entire room and bathroom for my own sanity and peace of mind. There are dust bunnies on smoke detectors and fire sprinkler. The curtains need to be washed, there were Hershey chocolate wraps under the bed. I lifted the mattress and there were crumbs. I wiped the entire room down, including the remote, phone, alarm clock, door handles, head board, etc...cleaning standards MUST be re-evaluated. Most importantly, some guests smoke just outside of the entrance and having my room on the first floor, the smell of cigarette smoke is evident, including in the lobby.
