Loved this stay! Thank you, Hyatt!
-
Perfect for our family of four, and convenient location.
-
The property was clean and the grounds well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the pool & the views! The staff was very friendly & helpful. Everything was very walkable & close to shops & restaurants. Our bed was very comfortable. We loved our room too! We hope to return soon.

The property was ok, the staff was helpful and informative. But there is some information to know before book into a vacation club resort. Cleaning and bedding is not part of a daily activity so don’t expect any of these services while you stay there, no breakfast service and be aware of “resort fees” that probably I skipped on the details before clicking book

Clean room, pool and gym. Calm environment.

The rooms are great and very clean and comfortable. The problem is that the amount of children that are at the property is ridiculous the entire pool is just filled with kids screaming and jumping in the pool and if you want to get in the jacuzzi get in line the kids are in and out jumping between the pool and jacuzzi. There is no relaxing for adults at all and believe me I don’t mind having kids around but these parents just let them go crazy.

This was a great stay! Really nice pool with beautiful views. In a great location too!

Room was clean and as advertised. Not a lot of natural light due to overhang on the patio would be only complaint. There is no food or drink that I am aware of on the property which I always prefer, but there is this shopping strip that has a breakfast place and a pretty good restaurant - The Vault-we went for dinner all 5 minute walk.
-
This place is a gem. Everyone was incredibly helpful.
-
Little noisy. The divider door should have a door sweep on the bottom to help block the normal sounds and conversation from next door. Not a big deal. The room was well appointed and a kitchenette which served me well. Everything to see in Sedona was very easy to reach. Close to many stores and eateries, especially if you are driving.

Great location, spacious accommodations, clean, and friendly staff.

Conrad was extremely professional and took his job of safety and security to the next level. Very personable. Hot tub was broke and steam room didn’t work. Awesome property otherwise.
-
It was perfect
-
One working hot tub, but jets not functioning so not ideal. Lovely property! Stunning views but not for folks with mobility issues as a result.
