Perfect stay and views

Check-in is 4 PM. My room wasn't ready until 5:30 with no believable explanation. We missed our dinner reservation at Elote. The room was on the side of a steep hill and there are no elevators! I explained I had physical limitations in addition to being in recovery from a total shoulder replacement and could not do the stairs. I knew the room had not yet been assigned. There were 18 rooms to choose from. I was assured a valet cart would drive me up the hill and there were no stairs to unit 94 which I was assigned despite there being 20 units available, 10 of which had no stairs. 94 had 20 stairs. I am 5 feet tall. The bed was so high I could not get into it. There was no stool available. I slept on the couch. When I used the valet cart to get up the hill, 3 of the 6 total times there was no stool to get into the cart. My husband and a valet had to lift me. I was humiliated. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and it was my birthday!

Property was beautiful, however, the $35 per day parking fee and $45 per day resort fee were unexpected, especially since there were very few amenities available to justify the resort fee.

Really loved this place. The views on the cliff side rooms were insane. The staff was amazing. The service was 10/10. Only issue I had was that cliff side rooms can be pretty loud with the neighbors above you so try to get a room on the top floor. Regardless, they were able to upgrade our rooms without any questions so still had the best time. Highly recommend this place.

Good property.

The only cool shady waterside resort in Sedona! Great spa, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. It was a great pick, no regrets!

Very friendly staff and beautiful surroundings!

Additionally each hotel staff member was attentive, friendly and authentic.

The view and the hotel grounds The room was way overpriced. The furniture felt very cheap for a 5 star hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is nice and close to everything . Unfortunately the staff at the restaurant lied to us which ended our anniversary stay on a sour note. After reading that creekside dining is not always available depending on the season we called to make sure we would sit creekside when booking our anniversary breakfast . The person booking our reservation over the phone assured us we would be able to sit creekside. Unfortunately when we arrived for our reservation we were told they were not seating creekside. Something we were truly looking forward to. We canceled our reservation and left the property disappointed . Not a great way to end our anniversary trip.

Absolutely incredible experience here!

While the creekside setting is peaceful, the property layout is very difficult to navigate. The high number of stairs made it the most challenging hotel environment I have encountered. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find no actual red rock views from the property, which is a significant miss for a Sedona destination and was not made clear during the booking process. Neither was the challenge of the staircases. We could not get dinner reservations. Service throughout our stay was also inconsistent. The pool service was poor, and we experienced several lapses during dinner where our salad was forgotten and an order of chips and salsa never arrived.at the bar the hamburger was good, the pasta dish was below average and felt overpriced. Additionally, after being told a ride from the creek back to our room would take 10 minutes, we waited well beyond that time and were eventually forced to walk up multiple staircases ourselves. On a positive note, the room itself was nice and appeared recently renovated. 10/10. However, attention to detail was lacking even there, as the plants on our balcony were dying and clearly had not been maintained. Check in took long. Checkout was difficult. I waited 30 minutes in line and gave up. Staff was overwhelmed.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in United States. Top quality from the condition of the room to staff to view and everything else that you need away from Home. We’re very happy and we definitely be back.
