It's a beautiful hotel in the heart of Sedona. We were very pleasantly surprised by how huge the two bedroom suite was. It was like an apartment with a small kitchen and a furnished living and dining area, along with a balcony. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet. We did not use any spa services but it looked like there were many available. We appreciated the free and easy parking.

The toiletries were also extremely mediocre and cheap. Very boring, ugly decor. The only redeeming factor was it’s fabulous location right alongside Oak Creek and Tlaquepaque.

Room was clean. Looking forward to stating in a remodeled room. Will say the pool area was very lacking of umbrellas for the lounge chairs. The garbage cans around the property were very full at times for days. Noticed there are no recycle bins any more.

Didn't like pool towels at front desk. Didn't like stairs for pool on only one side..pool gets crowded so difficult to enjoy it

Booked a night for a quick b-day getaway and wound up staying an additional night because we liked it so much. This place is beautiful! Very well maintained and close to so many things in Sedona. The room itself was amazing, it had a heated tub on the balcony for when the jacuzzi closes at 11pm. We were able to utilize the spa facilities that had a sauna and steam room. Awesome stay and wonderful quick getaway!

Check in was hit and miss. We had a large group checking in simultaneously and multiple issues with multiple check ins occurred. The check in host was unhelpful and even rude about the check in process when it was just simply she was not going the extra mile to locate the reservations. This made us feel anxious and unwelcomed. The hostess even gave out the wrong room numbers to multiple guests. It became a rat race to try to find the assigned rooms. The rooms are older, but spacious. The amenities on property are fun and the grounds are beautiful, but the whole resort closes down early so you don’t have the opportunity to enjoy the grounds (even sitting by the creek past 10:00p is a no go). The restaurant on property is tasty! Upon checkout, one of our parties found out that they had been charged for an extra day. The host was not proactive in correcting the incorrect charge and the guest had to request the bill to be corrected.

The room itself was clean. The Cable tv was out of service kind of annoying. There was very very low hot water pressure to fill the bath for my wife to soak the aches and pains after a long day roaming around. IF we stay again it will have to on a top floor. We were on a ground floor and the guests above us apparently liked to tap dance until 1 AM and then drag furniture around. Overall good stay, but have learned something. Guest Services didn't say more than "which room" at check out. Kind of rude.

Loved that they had mini golf, basketball, and an arcade room for the grand kids.

I absolutely loved the sprawling grounds which we were discovering new pools and things throughout our stay. It made me feel like we were staying in an authentic hasenda or mission. The balcony was a wonderful touch.
-
Incedable spot with hiking all around. If I never left my balcony you could color me happy.
-
Outstanding facility and location.

Price, staff and location was great!
-
Family friendly hotel, everything you need is on site a lot of activities for adults and kids and the restaurant on site has amazing food

All in all I expect more when I see a 4-5 star property at Expedia. This was 2-3 stars at best: worn down, opld fashioned: you name it. Their concierge is there to get you signed up for a timeshare presentation. To top it off we were given a room that was not ready: meaning trash cans on tables etc.

The property is clean and quiet. The kitchen in the room is plenty stocked with necessities. The bathroom and the window of the main room did not lock. Overall I would definitely stay here again.
-
Staff were friendly, amenities were nice, but the rooms were extremely dated, 70s feel, brown everywhere.

We always love staying at this beautiul property
