Person at the front desk was nice. Check in was at 3 but we weren't able to check in until almost 4.we were told after the fact that the hotel just changed hands and they are working out the kinks. Refrigerator was shut off when we got in the room and took a out two hours to get cool enough to put our food and drinks in. If you are a tall person, this isn't a place for you to sleep. Beds are a bit short and have end railings so your feet can't hang off. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was very clean. Plenty of shops and food to walk to.

Always excellent. A hidden gem in Sedona!

Great place for a central location, easy walks to shops and food. Close drive to hiking destinations

Clean place with a nice view. Close to many places in town while being just out of the main congestion. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Would recommend.

Room was clean but had a wet dog smell. Picked up a $3.00 air freshener that helped. Basic no frills hotel. Lots of shopping in Sedona. Parking was easy.

I would definitely stay there again. The price was right, and it was an ideal location for us. There were restaurants we could walk to. The front desk is not attended after hours and was not open when we left so we left the key in the room as instructed when we checked in. We found the room neat had a good TV good heat, nice shower and all the other things that are typically provided in a hotel room. The room was a little dated, but it was perfect for us on this trip.

The view was awesome. Close to shopping and restaurants. We just had a quick overnight stay but we enjoyed it and the room was comfortable

Excellent unit.

I want to thank Mark ( I think) for helping to find and sending my wedding ring. Much appreciated.

CONS: More of a motel than a “boutique” hotel. Room needs updating. Torn carpet, broken mirror and the bathroom was tiny and very old. Outdoor chairs were very worn, some had torn cushions

Super bare bones. Old school door locks (no extra keys, etc.). No amenities (there was an ice machine and a vending machine but nothing else. The walls are not thick and you could hear the neighbors quite easy. Only a front window to the parking lot, so no views - all the rooms are the same on that. It is truly a budget motel. The room was clean, bathroom was super tight but clean. Old carpets, but the bed was decent. The location was great and the price was acceptable considering the costs of other places that weekend - but then you get what you pay for. Staff did not impress, but then there is only one at the desk if they were there. If you just need a place to lay down it is fine, but if you want some nice comforts, a really good bath/shower after hiking, then you may want to look elsewhere.

Staff is only there 8-8 so I think that’s odd.

This hotel was very clean and the location cannot be beat! The beds and pillows were not the best and the sofa outside was clearly very aged. Most people didn't use them as they faced the street and were visible to everyone, but I understand it was a nice touch to have as they faced the beautiful red rocks scenery. Overall we had a great stay! I would definitely go back again.

Walkable and centrally located. The patio was the best! Great breeze and view. Owners were lovely and gave great recommendations. Easy parking. Great stay!

Was clean and centrally located

The terrace was a pleasant surprise, got takeout and sat there eating dinner as we watched the sunset on the rocks. Kermit was very helpful!

Everything was working in the room, and while it is a little bit older, it is in a central location and I would stay there again.

Refurbished room. Very clean, very good looking room. Seemed like everything in there was just installed yesterday. They do an amazing job of cleaning. Extremely quiet at night. Great neighborhood.

The hotel location is great, but Sedona isn't that big, so anywhere in Sedona would be great. The mattress was very soft. We joked about needing a helping hand to pull us out of the mattress in the morning. The bathroom was very small, the inswing door covered almost all of the floor, but it was functional so no big deal for us.

Couldnt figure out the air conditioner so did not sleep well at all. Am an IT person so it sure isn’t easy. Pillows were rock hard. Would not stay here again.
